It looks intimindating to use but the user’s guide is easy to understand for 10th grade through college. Takes a fast charge and also has backup batteries for emergencies.

Are students using the calculator to do math, or is the calculator teaching them? Just playing around with the buttons brings up all kinds of interesting questions (what's a polynomial?). Of course, they all learn how to make the graphing feature make "pictures". Don't get an upgrade to color and games, stick with this "basic" model.

This calculator is a great machine and does a fantastic job. However, the price of this item is still above $100 on average, and it does not even have a color screen! For the most part, its functions can be done by a smart phone, so I am not sure if Texas Instruments will be able to milk this cash cow much longer.

Best Buy has the best products at the best price and they will price match I think. Always check Best Buy prices and products first before you go anywhere else.

Has all the functions I need for class, easy to use

This product is required for my Calculus class. It has worked great with what the instructor taught us to use it for. I only gave it a rating of average because I have no other knowledge of what it is capable of doing.

Bought this for my daughter. It takes some getting used to if you haven't used a similar calculator before. The functionality can be complex.
