This is a great calculator with many functions for all levels. It has all the functions that any higher level of math will require.

The TI-84 was easier to use than I had thought it would be. I mainly used it to calculate mortgage payments, but I am looking forward to using it with an algebra course.

My sons school requested this specific calculator for 9th grade math class. He has no issues with it and its not very they all have same calculator to learn with.

I purchased this for my 12 year old son. It is the standard calculator and I figured I would get it for him early as they are already teaching him how to use it in his Algebra 1 class.
