Great product, TERRIBLE pickup experience.

Gave my gf the printout of the order, plus forwarded the text and email that it was ready for pickup with a text from my phone number (registered with the order) to pickup for me as she was driving by. They would not allow her to pick it up. They even called me from the store on the registered with the order phone and I told them it was ok and they still refused. She had to leave and I had to register her 'officially' as an alternate pickup person and had to take another trip the next day AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN CHECK HER ID when she picked it up the 2nd time. Anyone could have walked in and picked it up, but even with all the documentation of Day 1 they refused her. Won't be doing store pickup again.
