I have had a TI-84+ CE for years now and finally got the newer one that is slightly updated, perhaps lighter from what I could tell. Downloading the software portal on you computer to update this device and add applications is helpful for certain courses and the ease of use is worlds beyond what many others offer. The colored screen shows contrast between different graphs and allows you to analyze equations quicker.

This calculator is required for 9th grade math. It's easy to use and has good instructions for operating it.

Awesome calculator for my son to complete all his math work in 8th grade.

I purchased this calculator for my 6th grade son, who is a math wiz and needed a TI to study for test a test to skip 7th grade. It has so many amazing functions that he easily uses. The color adds a nice touch and it is SO great that we don't have to worry about batteries! There are preprogrammed pictures to apply math concepts to real world items/ situations, and you can download your own pics to do the same. It does more than get the job done, and I see my son using this through high school and beyond.

Everything works as it should and my Daughter uses it all the time for her High School Math.
