Clearly trying to set up a franchise here that isn't going to happen, which is too bad. Wouldn't mind seeing this fleshed out a bit. Saw the "twist" coming a mile away.

Entertaining sci fi movie in apocalypse genre. Character development was slow to almost non existent. For a sci fi movie, it was entertaining, yet lacked depth in content.

this movie is average. it is worth buying. good graphics. average storyline. a plus is that they left off for a part 2 which may never be done. but movie is worth buying.

Not what I expected and let down at the end but found it to be entertaining for a single watching. Did you enjoy Falling Skies? Then you'll probably enjoy this as well.

It's a classic theme for a movie, done modern and very well done. Chole Moretz continues to amaze me with her acting in action and horror movies.

Good movie but my Samsung 4k 55in curve (from bestbuy) shows way to much computer animation, looks so fake but a good movie if bought in the deal of the day for 9.99

While the movie hit most of the main points of the book. It didn't convey the same emotions of confusion, fear ,ect ... that made up a good portion of the book.

I found the movie to be a little lacking. It felt more like a TV mini series than a film. I would have been disappointed if I had spent money to see it at a cinema.

I love how this move is prepared for additional sequels. I loved the movie and can't wait for another installment. Also loved the free digital copy.

The storyline and acting were average. Rather than buy I might would rent and then decide if you would like to own if you collect DVD's.

Movie is set in the future with a horrible twist of what might take place in the situation described. Makes you think about that possibility.

But it was aliens. Good job by all the actors involved specifically from Chloe Grace. But the overall story feels like it could have used more.

You kind of realized who was who right from the start. I thought it was a really interesting way to annihilate the human race and how they played that out.

Movie not so good but watchable. Picture is good sound if fine, may watch again, might get better after a few watching. Maybe for fans of the books.

While it's not really that memorable, I can't say it's bad. Worth a watch if you're board and wanna surf your tablet with decent background noise.

I started with reading the book first, saw the movie in theaters. Just had to buy it on Blu-ray & best buy always haso the new releases!!

The apocalypse came and left many extra-special people. The thing is will these people win the battle to be free or die trying...

This managed to pack twilight hunger games the host and prob some other teen sagas into one movie haha plus Chloe grace moretz is bae

Thought it was a good movie because of all the scenes and ideas of what can happen in the real world if there is or was aliens.
