Story is like a composite of other similar alien invasion plots. Some what interesting but it's setup for more to come if you have the time.

This movie was great with many turning points. It does keep you guessing and then your mind blows when the truth comes out

The invasion of the Earth starts with powerful acts of nature but the final invasion, "The Fifth Wave" is very different !!

Plot predictable at times, but overall a good sci-fi movie. Only a true sci-fi fan might like this or give it more stars than I did.

On a scale of 1 - 10, 10 being best it's a 6.5 Acting fair, story above average, directing above average...I hope book 2 is better
