This is a love or hate it movie from what I've seen from all the reviews. I thought this movie was fantastic. Ben Affleck and Anna Kendrick have an awkward but good relationship with their characters and made the movie funny in certain parts. Its really hard to explain the tone of the movie because you just have to watch and make your own opinions.

Whether you are a fan of Ben Affleck or not this movie is definitely worth your time watching. While I find most films with a lead that is portraying a character with downs syndrome as a bit offensive, I found Ben's portrayal as realistic and natural. While the movie does start a little slow it definitely picks up kept my interest til the very end.

This was one of the best movies I've seen in a long time. It was a treat to watch a movie that emphasized the story-line first and foremost; I really enjoyed watching the story unfold. There was plenty of action, too, but it served the plot rather than replacing the plot. Ben Affleck rocked his role, as did the rest of the cast! Great job!

Love me a sale, good movie even better on sale. 4k with HDR, nothing wrong with that. This movie has a good plot, not the best one but good enough to watch a few times in a life time, if you like action and somewhat realism in your story, this is for you.

Loved the movie when I saw it in the theater. One of my all time favorites right away. Not a movie most people would consider a classic but I liked the story about a man with Asperger's who is great with numbers and has special military training as well. He utilizes his skills in a unique way. Affleck gives a great performance.

There were few pickings for new releases so my husband settled with this. I am glad he did. He and I enjoyed the movie. It isn't a family flick die to graphic violence and language, but decent time spent cuddled on the couch with my significant other.

Truly, one of my favorites... we've re-watched this one half-a-dozen times in about 8-months time... Afflec really nails the role here, and more than a few of his co-stars make fabulous additions to the plot here. This won't disappoint, I promise!

Interesting story plot with numerous engaging moments, however left some open ends at the resolution of the movie which leaves the viewer questioning pretty influential parts of the plot. Was left wondering what kind of message, if any, the director was trying to deliver. Quality of the 4K resolution was not as good as some of the others I have viewed, probably due to the filming techniques - not a great representation of the highest standard in quality right now.

I love that this film uses a common medium to educate the public about a disability. Here is a highly entertaining movie with violence and plenty of gratuitous shooting and all along you are learning to appreciate someone's humanity who is dealing with a mental disability. It makes all disabled persons a little more human.

This has to be one of favorite movies. I'm not a big Ben Affleck, but he really fit the bill in this flick. Has a great surprise ending that I didn't see coming (the first time I saw it. I had a blue Ray version of this but upgraded to 4K Ultra.

Ben Affleck is superb in "The Accountant". He portrays an autistic man that grew up with no mercy from his father and is operating under the premise of an accountant to take out the bad guys. His innocence is highlighted with his budding romance with co-star Anna Kendrick and is really quite touching. This movie is definitely worth buying

The most interesting element of this movie was how the main character evolved from childhood into an adult. Given the savant nature of the main character, I found the cover for money-laundering weak--he would not have done it that way. Unexpected relationships throughout the movie. Just fascinating to watch the story develop.

I was never a big fan of Ben Affleck but the past 5 years he's just been getting better and better. As soon as I saw the preview for this movie I knew it was one for me. Amazing actors, Affleck, Kendrick, Barenthol and Simmons. The action is top notch, the story is grade A and the acting is subperb. I highly recommend this for a watch.

Affleck very good as action character. Some of his armament made you wonder how he could acquire then though. Anna Kendrick provided a character that needed protection and was almost a love interest. Couple of twists at the end made you really think about previous events in the plot. Well produced and intelligent adult entertainment.

I really enjoyed this story, I didn't know what to expect but thought to invest in this movie. I ended up watching it several times. It is truly enjoyable and a moderately paced action story. I like that it didn't just come blazing out full bore, rather, it told a tale that (despite being incredible) one and buy in to. Worth the buy!

I believe it’s the best Ben Afflack movie I’ve ever watched I’m a big fan of Anna Kendrick. It was a edge of seat movie good story line wow was I surprised just grabbed it one day decided to watch it simply amazed.

Ok, yes, I have been waiting for this one, and I bought the 4k for my TV knowing that this is one I want to see a few times, and will pay a little more for 4k because of that. The movie was Super Awesome, hit the marks the previews showed and then some, kept me glued to it, and loving all of it. Loved this movie, hope you do too.

I've watched this movie multiple times. Ben Affleck has had some hits and misses, this is definitely a hit. There is a mistake in the film though. Anna Kendrick's character talks about getting a high-school prom dress. She goes to a casino and plays blackjack so she can afford the dress. The legal gambling age in Illinois is 21. Either she had a fake ID, or the writers missed that she would have been a teenager, and not allowed access to the casino.

Ben Affleck does a great job with his role as Christian Wolff, the Accountant to unsavory criminals. It is a thoughtful movie with action, and bits that you need to pay attention to. Some of the movie's twists may not be a surprise to some, but I didn't see it coming. I throughly enjoyed this film, and will enjoy at it many times.

the movie was good, with the on going plot thread dealing with the father turning out differently than what I expected. If you enjoyed the shooting action scenes of John Wick than you will like this; if you enjoyed the last solo Batman scene from Bat v Sup than you will like this. 1 problem I have is the Blu-ray itself, Ben Affleck likes to do extended cuts of his movies, so even though I bought this I still wonder if there will be an extended cut.
