Could've been better if they trimmed it down

Too many villains and subplots (I really don't liek the reboot with Spidey's dad as scientist murdered by Oscorp). Electro's fight seuqnces were a bit too CGI. I really like Emma Stone but even she couldn' save this movie from mediocrity.
