Completely unnecessary retooling of a classic character. Acting is awful. The plot is boring. The visuals are impressive but ultimately can not save this mess. The blu-ray itself looks and sounds great and the extras are more than enough.

Good choices of DVD types included in the package.

This is an amazing reboot of the spiderman series.

I haven't watched the new one yet but I am a bit effy about watching it because its not like the old one. I have seen bits and pieces of the movie but haven't seen the whole way though. Hopefully its a good movie.

Without the previous Spiderman trilogy, I would like these movies much more, but the origin story wasn't interesting so soon after the first trilogy. Acting was subpar even with good actors, which was disappointing.

As I watched the movie, I kept noticing similar scenes. The plot was boring, the action was entertaining but once it went back to the story, I got bored again. It was hard to watch. It does have potential though.

Disk did not come with digital code as advertised. After calling several time they told me they have no way to get a code and since the item is sold out there was nothing they could do. After talking for a while with several reps they decided to give me a discound on the disk and to keep the physical copy. Nice solution but wanted the digital version for our library.

Primarily was purchased for the movie cash, but there are some funny parts. Overall, it seemed a bit early to redo the origin again, but it does take a lighter approach to the story than the first trilogy.

As far as super hero movies go, this Blu-ray/DVD combo pack has a lot of extras to go around. The movie itself was average with some good acting, but I wasn't as connected to the story as I'd hoped to be.

I felt Peter Parker/Spider man was better capture with Toby's performance. Garfield didn't capture the awkwardness of the character, or the dry wit that the web slinger is known for.

How many times can you remake the same thing? Like Superman, it never seems to stop. Not impressed with this version. Great effects, but it needs some cheese to go with the whine. Blah.

I only purchased the 2-D blu-ray version but am already really pleased with its video quality. It is more entertaining than the other spiderman movie (cartoon included) that I had watched.

The sequel to the newest Spider-Man was ok. It lacked solid plot line but made up for it with recurring characters from the previous movie. The supporting actors made this film

Online review was very overblown. Cover and bluray movie wasn't so amazing as to its 3D effects. I consider this purchase a waste of money and waste of time to watch.

The movie is just average. I preferred the second part (AMazing SpiderMan 2), storywise. Neither is a classic, just entertaining. 3D effects were well done, IMHO.
