We weren't sure about another spider-man movie but they did a great job with this film. The story is very well written. The actors were well picked for their roles and the picture is amaizing! The only thing we would have liked better is more 3D scenes it didn't seem to have many but great movie.

This is a great reboot of this franchise, and I like it much beter than the previous ones. Cast is excellent, with great chemistry between the lead actors. Some good attention paid to character development, and not just a bunch of action. Both picture quality and audio quality are fantastic.

I enjoyed the first 3 spider man movies. I loved Sam Raimi first 3 spidermans. Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone do not disappoint in this reboot, but I felt like I was watching the first movie again, just different roads were taken in this. Very good nonetheless.

I read the reviews here before I bought the movie and felt I owed it to others to add my comments. If you have a 3D TV, this is an absolute "MUST HAVE"! I was very impressed with the cinematography and I really like the direction the story line is headed. You won't be disappointed!

REALLY enjoyed this installment of Spidey's movie adventures! GREAT choice to re-boot the franchise and spend time focusing on the realities of Peter Parker's dual life as avenging Spidey and love-smitten high school student. Buy it, watch it and ENJOY! Excelsior, True Believers!

This was a fun movie to watch at home with my new 3D TV and active 3D glasses. Spiderman seemed to swing right towards me in a few scenes. And it seemed as if his web shot right out into our room. Fun story, even though I prefer the older versions.

THIS is the Spiderman movie for me. I always liked Tobey McGuire, but he never fit Spiderman for me. Andrew Garfield IS Spiderman, British or not. Second movie was great too. Whether you liked Amazing Spiderman 2 or not, it followed the comics... get over it.

I'm a fan of Sam Raimi and his Spider-Man films but they had a goofy tone that was sometimes unfavorable. This Spider-Man exceeded my expectations. The whole movie is more grounded and flows extremely well. The romantic subplot with Gwen Stacy is also very well done.

This movie was a definite buy, especially when I saw it on sale. I saw it in theaters when it released and I though it was great. Also, love that it came with a digital copy since I think that is where the entertainment market is shifting.

This movie is a lot grittier than the Sam Raimi versions which frankly were getting a little tedious. Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone play well off each other and it's nice to see Peter Parker not be a little goody two shoes for once.

I thought it was a bit soon to be rebooting Spiderman so I have some mixed fellings about that. I think the story is a bit deeper and more complex the the previous 3 movies. Still I think its entertaining and would recomend it.

After horrid end of Trilogy with Tobey M, it's right to make new reboot of Spidey with new casts and new direction. No more whiny, wimpy Peter Parker, he''s depicted as another bratty outsider who fights for us! Can' t wait for next movie in 2014.

ASide from minor plot details this is the same story as the Sam Raimi Spiderman, but that's not what keeps this film from greatness. The problem is Peter Parker himself. Now, Andrew Garfield is fine actor but Peter comes off as being very unlikable and at times downright selfish. For example: whereas in the first Spiderman trilogy Peter became Spiderman to honor his Uncle's last words to him in this version he does it out of revenge. At least that's the impression that I had. Still, I have high hopes that the sequel will see Peter grow into the Spider-man we know, now that the groundwork has been laid.

This is a good package if you can get it at the right price. A pretty good movie that looks and sounds fantastic. The audio is especially a treat. Highly recommended with plenty of bonus materials.

Great reboot. I liked the "original" Spiderman with Tobey Maguire but this one is so much better. Better plot, better actors, and truer to the Spidey roots. I can't wait for the Amazing Spiderman 2.

I bought this item only using reward points! It was like getting it for free :) I received the movie in perfect condition. The movie itself is one of my favorites. It was a great experience all in all.

Love the new attitude of Spiderman, about time. Storyline has enough difference to make it stand alone from the original. BluRay is fantastic, feel as if you were swinging along Will watch it many times.

Yes, a lot of the backstory is similar to the last trilogy, but I enjoy the darker tone to this one. Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield are great in this, and it's a solid story.

I know not everyone was high on this movie since it came out, and I agree that maybe a reboot wasn't necessary, but I really do enjoy watching it again and again. Special features are entertaining, too.
