Movie night Friday's are a special and always anticipated time at home. We own every animated DVD released in the past 5 years, Angry Birds included. Kids are five and eight years old. Many movies they request to watch over and over, not this one.

This movie is about 10 years late for being relevant. It was slow, boring and a waste of time and money. It's almost like a vacuum that sucks the joy out of life or an I.R.S. audit.

I saw a little clip of the movie when I was walking past the TV's at Best Buy and it made me chuckle, sad to say that was the only part of the movie that did that, If this is made for children, oy vey

Video games sometimes are made into movies, such as the successful Hitman game which became a pretty good action movie! The kind of video game Angry Birds is though just doesn't translate well to the screen...it would be like trying to make Dig Dug into a movie. The creators of this had to stretch way too much to make it even slightly credible, and to think they would even consider a potential sequel is almost too much. I'll take my Angry Birds on my phone screen, not the big screen,

I don't know what I expected. My kids enjoy the Angry Birds games and the animated shorts so I thought this would be a winner too. Twenty minutes in, my kids turned it off and asked to watch something else. This is too shallow and too crass to sit through, including dialogue such as "Pluck my life." and a running joke about a bird urinating in a pond. Very poor indeed.

Disappointed in it,took a chance, didn't like it very much.didn't keep it.

I found Angry Birds to be lacking in the lesson department. And it wasn't funny enough to look past it.

My grandkids loved the movie, which is why I gave it 2 stars. I actually found it mildly irritating.

I thought the kiddos would love this movie but they've watched it once and never again
