Even though batman has changed in character a few times, the movies have never disappointed. I LOVE the new cat woman too. Not only is she fiesty and attractive, her role included some kick butt moves while still being. The scenes were great and the riddler role was carefully constructed. Great movie clearly as I puchased it.

Although this particular take on Batman is not for everyone due it's runtime and artistic style, it's still an interesting rendition on the story due to it's homage to the older iteration of Batman in terms of detective work. It's a well crafted story. It goes back to basics but there are interesting twists and character development.

(*Highly Recommended*): I never really watched any Robert Patterson's movies but this was by far a better interpretation of the Cape Crusader as it focuses on the detective side of Batman: which he's known as the (*world's greatest detective*). So when viewing this movie it's not your typical Superhero movie, but rather a crime drama.

Is dark but very enjoyable--much action and thrills

I wasn't sure I would enjoy this episode of the Batman franchise based on the trailer, but I was pleasantly surprised by the film. It is not as dark as I expected, and the story and characterization of Bruce Wayne/Batman is better than many of the previous film iterations of the character.

I really enjoyed this Batman movie more then I thought I would. Wasn't sure Robert Patterson could pull it off but he was awesome. Just wish the characters were not always whispering and talking in such low tones. I had to turn up the volume full blast to hear it on my Sony blu ray player.

Excellent flick . . . Robert Pattinson is a good addition to the Batman pantheon . . . with more films, he could be the definitive batman. Zoe Kravitz as Catwoman steals the show. Colin Farrell was excellent, even with all the make-up. Definitely in the film noir tradition.

The Batman is great movie, it is more of a detective film where a Mystery is trying to be solved than an action-packed movie although there are a few action scenes. The performances by the cast were very good however Paul Dano stole the show as Riddler.

This was one of the most refreshing takes on Batman that I've seen in years. It's basically a crime drama with capes, and stays grounded in relative realism without losing the things we love about the character. I can't wait to see what other stories can be told in this new film universe.

I am VERY disappointed with this purchase. I add all my movies to my streaming account but after opening and trying to download my digital copy, I got an error message saying the Digital Code has EXPIRED!! Not sure if I can return this opened item? I might try, but there should be a sticker on the outside of the package and product info OnLine saying Digital Copy is no longer redeemable!! Would love to hear back from BestBuy regarding resolution of this issue!

This was an excellent interpretation of Batman . For the first time on screen his detective skills are used well , like the namesake comic he is in “ DETECTIVE “. The new batmobile is killer . Robert Pattison gives a great performance along with the rest of the cast!!

I really was neg when i saw pattinson was batman. But than i watched it. I had to ear my words. Amazing and phenomenal acting and loved the dark plot. I loved the riddler, penguin and catwomen. Robert pattinson has really grown into an adult role amd was perfect in this.

This latest Batman seems a bit... well... lost. He lacks focus and meaning. Is it a bad movie? Not so much bad as it is dark, really dark! The BluRay itself is fine, but I can't say that I care much for the content.

Overall, the movie was great. It was dry in parts but it brought out references and themes from the original movie. We find out in this episode how the reference to batman and bruce wayne originated. Great movie to include with your previous collection of batman movies

Another successful reinvention of the Dark Knight by Matt Reeves. Robert Pattinson shines as Batman with a strong supporting cast consisting of Zoe Kravitz, Colin Farrell and Paul Dano. Total recommendation for Batman fans, DC fans and comic book fans in general.

This version of Batman is more detective than superhero, although he does seem capable of taking almost any amount of physical punishment. Not just dark in tone but shot in low and red light, some will not love it, but it works.

The movie content is amazing. The purchase experience from best buy was terrible. I bought this movie and received it within a week. Late August of 2023. The Digital code that comes with it expired June 2023. I wanted both which is the reason I bought this version of the movie. I will never buy another movie from best buy.

I think this movie is a great addition to the Batman series. I always enjoy Batman movies and this one is no exception. I thought it had great acting, directing and story line. I would recommend this movie to anyone who is a Batman fan.

I ENJOYED this movie. Lots of Fantastic scenes and much Actions in the Movie. KUDOS TO THE ACTORS AND ACTRESS IN THIS MOVIE. BRAVO TO THE DIRECTOR OF THIS MOVIE AND ALL OF THE PEOPLE WHO HELPED BRING THIS MOVIE TO THE SCREEN. PEACE!

Nice story line. This is perhaps the darkest Batman movie to date. The movie itself could've been more exciting while building up to it's climactic scenes. Overall, it was a good movie. I love the design of the Batmobile in this movie.
