This was definitely not my favorite Nicholas Sparks but it was pretty good. The characters were likeable and it had a decent plot. Just didnt drag me in to the emotion like some of his other books turned movie.

Although it was entertaining and kept my attention, this is just another typical Nicholas Sparks novel-based movie. If you want a mushy love store with a touch of action and comedy, this one will suit you fine.

What a great movie! And it was on sale as well. Plus with my best buy rewards points certificate, I got this movie for next to nothing!

A decent enough romance for our time. But with Nicholas sparks movies coming out every 6 months, it feels a little redundant.

This was somewhat of a disappointing purchase. It's long, slow and has a predictable ending. However, the casting was good.

This is definitely a movie you may end up watching with a girlfriend or wife, not a bad film, nor a good one.

20 years apart then they find themselves back together. So 20 years apart, they get back together and guess what? They find themselves getting split up again by the SAME things that split them up two decades ago. YAWN!........The "Best Part of Me" watching this movie was getting to see Michele Monaghan (Amanda in the movie). A real yawner. Go watch something else.

The movie was great up until the end. It seemed to rush to a finish with a very far fetched ending.

Have not had time to watch yet, but unfortunate that so many films are about forbidden/regretted love.

No surprise. It is a love story like any other. The story is good and predictable. Good entertainment.
