Everything you expect from Nicholas Sparks! Good Date movie

I really enjoyed tis movie. But it could have been better

The movie was ok. I definitely thought it would be better.

I guest morality is dead. Even if you are in a bad relationship break it off or get divorced before you start a new one. Other than that flashbacks and romance was in the air. South Louisiana is beautiful in the movie scenes.

Just another Nicholas Sparks' novel turn movie with an ending the you could smell miles away. I seriously doubt that any future ones would come remotely close to "The Notebook"... unfortunately.

Because the writers other film The Note Book was son reflect I was hoping for that type of experience again. So disappointed that I bought this instead of renting it.

Not Nicholas Sparks best movie. It's hard to recreate the magic of The Notebook but Sparks uses all his normal tricks in a story that never really goes anywhere.

Do not watch unless you need to score points with your girlfriend/fiancé/wife and so on.

This is a movie bought for my wife. Would describe as a chick flick.

I didn't watch this movie, my wife purchased it and I assumed she l liked it.

This is a pleasant story of a young love gone array and the rekindling of it 21 years later – it’s filled with a wonderful life’s story, memorable remembrances and pleasant thoughts. This is the kind of story you will want to come back to on a rainy day as it is guaranteed to lift you.

Nicholas Sparks, always a Winner! But, have tissues for this one!! I bought the Blu-ray copy which has (also) the Storybook ending if you don't want to cry as much. Nice touch. I'd read the book so I already had that ending on my mind. Ladies you will enjoy every minute of this movie.

I liked this movie a lot, but i wouldn't say i loved it.. The story was rich, and the chemistry with the characters was well done. But, the ending was something you could kinda see coming.

this is a great romantic movie to watch i would watch it over again.

I am not quite the chick flick guy when I am on my own, but to be fair, the wife gets to pick what we watch as often as I do. If your wife picks this one, it won't be a wasted night. There are some chick flicks that I can't stand, some that are tolerable, some that you actually take interest in and some you end up liking. This one I was able to take interest in and somewhat enjoyed.

I enjoyed the love story. I also enjoyed watching it with family and friends.

The alternate ending was awesome! This is one of my all time favorite movies!

A very good movie that has a touching ending. I would watch it again.
