Awesome cast, a internal view of what was happening before the markets started to fail. Unbelievable story and sad that gov't allowed this to get ad bad as it did.

Personally went through losing my home after the recession so this film really uncovered how the system works in loopholes and hope home owners don't educate themselves to avoid a disaster.

Although riddled with dozens of funny scenes, this true story tragedy well deserved its Oscar nomination and is a great film. Like the book, this is a great film.

An excellent movie that actually explains the 2008 financial crisis and demonstrates how it got out of control. The language is a little over the top and some of the drama is unnecessary.

This is a great movie. The director did a good job of taking somthing horrific ie the housing collapse and making it something fun to watch and it's cool to see how it really hit the fan.

The Big Short does an excellent job of explaining the complicated story of mortgage back securities debacle. Wonderful, all-star cast. Smart dialogue.
