A great depiction of an unsung American hero. It's a graphic film that I'm sure was cleaned up for Hollywood. Everyone needs to see this movie!

Great movie! I bought this in 4K and found it to be a Great movie and an example of excellent story telling. Imagery was absolutely stunning!

Nate Parker did a great job of bringing this story to screen. On the day of the DVD release, I had to go to 3 places before I could find it. It had sold out in two stores even before it hit the shelves. Great movie.

Movie gave you a very good perspective of what slaves went thru in days past! Is a very good educational film but I felt moved to fast towards the end. But tough for young kids to watch but the message is powerful!

This was the first video I watched on my 4K player. Needless to say it was pretty awesome from a visual standpoint. The story, acting and overall presentation was spot on as well. Highly recommend.

The slipcover is detailed, colorful, and it feels very good in the hand. It opens up on the front to reveal a shot from the movie.

I wanted the 4K version of this. But when I saw the gate fold slipcover Blu-ray version for $5 I couldn't pass it up

This is a very complex movie and the subject matter is controversial but it is still a story that deserves to be told.

This movie is about a dark time in our history, enough said! Beyond that it was a very good film and I plan on watching it again.
