Definitely a product of the time, may be slow but really permeates with atmosphere.

Never saw it when it was all the rage. I guess it looses something over the years but it was still a unique take on a horror movie and a horror story that inspired many more copycats/versions after it.

for fans of the blair witch project this blue ray version is excellent and filled with extras
