Found this DVD in the special price section and it looked interesting to me.

I bought this because my daughter wanted it; however is has a sad ending

I bought this movie as a gift for someone and they really liked it

The subject matter was serious but it was good and worth the purchase.

Grabbed this movie after my son read the book and we really enjoyed it.

I have not yet seen movie, so I can not comment o it as of yet,

I couldn't get into the movie but my daughter loved it.

Bad movie for not fully illustrated the life in German concentration camp. There was no special traits on that pajama boy to show how he attracted and befriended with the German boy

My 12 year old son wanted to see this movie. Not knowing too much about it, I checked out the story and thought it would be good for him to see. This is one of the most powerful movies we have ever seen. From the actors to the costumes to the direction and filming, it is fantastic. (Should have won the Academy Award.) It really opened my son's eyes to the horrors of war and we could relate it to current situations in today's world. I highly reccomend it for mature 12 year olds and up. You'll never be the same after you see it.

In my history class we ended up watching this movie. I really wasn't sure about it, and it seemed kind of dumb at first but once it started, I really really got into it! It's so sad and nearly made me tear up. Truly remarkable acting, and all over a very amazing movie. We have a lot of racist people up here, and even people who drive around waving the Na*i flag. It's horrendous! I really want to show this in my Economics class(we watch movies occasionally) because we have a lot of racist people in there as well. I am definitely thinking I might end up just buying this movie. It's totally sad, but one you HAVE to see!

I would say this is a very heart warming story, but who could say that about a movie based on the Holocaust?? The friendship of the two boys is very heart warming, but leaves you with a very heart breaking ending. I thought this movie was amazing.

This is one of those movies where you stand there screaming at your TV for one of the characters to "not go in there" but they do anyways. It was nice to see Professor Lupin acting in another movie and his acting did not dissappoint at all. The movie keeps you involved and the ending will just leave you in shock.

I had to read this book for English class but I forgot to read it and the night before I bought this movie so I didn't have to read the book. If you are lazy the movie is very similar to the book!

Essenstial perspective of the holocaust! The childs acting was top-notch! This is a must watch, must own!

This video centers on the life of a German boy who befriends a Jewish youth who is held in a concentration camp. The film is not terribly graphic, but may not be suitable for young audiences. Overall, it's a good movie with a stunning ending.
