This is a great, underrated horror movie. It looks sharp in 4K, and the HDR brings out the colors and contrast for a movie that is shot very dark. If you liked it on blu ray, you'll love it in 4K.

Very original film it shines on 4k even though an upscale. Sound is awesome . Steelbook with slip is nice

I thought that this was going to be a fairly typical slasher-in-the-woods sort of movie. Not even close. The plot of this film is layers past that and totally awesome. Well done guys and gals!

All I can say, which is the theme of most reviews, is to watch it with as little information as you can. great movie for horror genre fans, still a fun experience for those who aren't. i just love it!

The Cabin in the Wood has plenty of horror scenes with some humor thrown in. Everything is well thought out and well acted. I'm not a huge horror genre fan but I did like this. It's worthy of adding to your 4k Ultra collection.

If you're a movie buff like me and enjoy giving everything a try, this is definitely worth seeing at least once. If you have a surround system, this blu ray wont disappoint during the action scenes. As far as picture quality, pretty grainy.

Great horror film that does something different than most horror films.

I don't want to give away the main conceit of the story, but let's just say that this horror movie goes meta on horror moves, but not in a knowing wink SCREAM kind of way. Whether you buy the premise or not is up to you. They filmmakers gave it their best try, and there's plenty of blood to show for it. Chris Hemsworth makes a notable appearance, if that's a selling point for you. Great steelbook design and the 4k is an improvement.

Despite the fact that the Best Buy app claimed this movie was not available within 250 miles of me, I found it and paired it up with another LIONSGATE title to take advantage of the two for $20 sale they were having on 4K movies. Easy buy.

I greatly enjoyed the premise of the movie. It is difficult to explain without spoilers; however, I will say that it does not follow the traditional horror movie template. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a unique interpretation of the horror genre.

There was a fine line where I thought wow this will be a scary movie. But it had elements of comedy. I don't know if this was intentional but wow it worked well with this movie.
