Whereas the movie has a good story, the gruesome and gory carnage is not recommended for youngsters....let alone many of us adults. I love a good scare but the blood and guts is "overkill" in my opinion. Would have been totally great if not so graphic.

Was a decent horror movie. I've watched probably thousands of horror movies as well as supernatural stuff. I don't wanna say too much to ruin it for anyone but the ending and the root of all the evil didn't really seem so evil. Worth seeing tho.

If you get the steelbook version the plot is given away as soon as you take the plastic off the package.

I was a bit let down the 4k version was not the best transfer barley looked better than the bluray hdr stands out in only a couple scenes like the night time one bye the lake

I like the art and the movie itself was a pretty good scare. All around solid.

Not as entertaining in subsequent viewings. The cracks start to show in the characters and the overall composition of the narrative. Still a fun love letter to the horror genre.
