Boring movie without a very good plot; the 3d was mediocre at best.

This third installment of the Narnia series was fantastic. A lot of action and a great story line surrounding Edmund and Lucy Pevensie. A great family entertainment.

a Fantasy movie for all Families

Its a fun fantasy film series succeeded by The Lion Witch and the Wardrobe, Prince Caspian. Yes they are based on religious books, but just as with the Golden Compass movie you don't know you are watching anything religious or non religious. You can enjoy it for what it is. Though there are times in film where the children and everyone else are faced with temptation, and the White Witch ( devil figure) appears in a green mist. Other than that it is a well done film, that can teach a lesson while keeping the interest of everyone. It moves faster than the first which was pretty slow paced.

    Outstanding Adventure Film

This is by far the best effort to date on the Narnia Series. Very few liberties were taken with the literatary masterpiece that is: Voyage of the Dawn Treader. Douglas Gresham, a descendant of the author (C.S. Lewis) and keeper of the Narnia kingdom was on hand to make sure the movie adaptation stayed close to the original. He has a cameo appearance as a slaver. We saw the Movie on the big screen in the 3D version and I thought the limited 3D sceans added to the realism. Ideally you should read the book first and then see the movie on the big screen, but if these options are not open to you, you will still enjoy and benefit from seeing the Blue Ray Version. This work is meant to fire the imagination, build your courage, strengthen your faith in the great Alsan -- who is not safe, but He is good.

    Wonderful trilogy

I read the Chronicle of Narnia when I was growing up as a child so I was excited to relive the adventures when I bought the trilogy. This is the 3rd movie in the trilogy. I felt that the cinematography in all 3 was breathtaking -- the natural beauty and clarity in which we saw the magical land was just stunning (like much better than Avatar quality fantasy-land). This film however lacked the flow of the first 2 in the series -- it seemed that the director took out a few essential dialogues that wouldn't have lengthened the film by much but would have helped the beginning of the film by allowing viewers to form a good initial impression of Eustace and the trio's transition to Narnia. Overall I think this is a wonderful film for children and adults. There are a lot of life lessons learned in the chronicles of Narnia.

The Voyage Of The Dawn Treader is the best movie to come out of the Narnia series. The movie is entertaining and has an excellent message that is in line with Biblical teachings. I never have been a fan of fantasy-world type of movies, but I gave the first Chronicles of Narnia movie a chance because of a friend's recommendation and liked it enough to watch The Voyage Of The Dawn Treader, which was thoroughly impressed it. Can't wait to watch it again in 3-D. Highly Recommended!!!

I have really liked all the "Narnia" movies, but this one went above and beyond all its predecessors. I did miss the older sister & brother (whom only appear very briefly in this film) but the "pain in the butt" cousin was a fantastic new addition that almost made you forget about the other missing family members. The 3D effects are top notch and complimented the film greatly.

Switched studios but the series still delivered another solid movie. Too bad this might be the last one from the Narnia series.

This is my favorite book in the Chronicles of Narnia. I was excited to hear they were finally making a movie of this, but it just didn't live up to the book.
