I actually seen this movie in the theaters a few years ago it was really good and scary. So I purchased it on Blu-ray and got the same great scares that I got in the theater.

I usually don't watch horror films, but this movie was so well crafted and acted, that I just had to watch and buy this movie. I can never stop being entertained by this movie.

OMG! What a scary movie. I love the fact that its based on a true story. There were numerous, "GOTCHA" moments that you do not expect and makes you jump. Good movie to watch with no lights on.

Great acting, one of the scariest movies of the year. Mix that with great picture and clear sound, this is a great film to watch at night with people who scare easily or believe in the supernatural. I love this movie and love watching it on an HDTV on blu-ray

Bought this on sale without having seen it prior. Turned out to be a good movie with some intense scenes. Acting was good, but there was a point towards the end when things got just a little silly and took me out of the movie. All in all, a decent ghost story.

There has been a lot of Horror movies out over the past couple years but only 1 has made me jump out of my skin, And that's THE Conjuring...By far one of the scariest movies of all time.

Though Wan doesn't quite stick the ending, this is a solid haunted house film for the modern ages. The period setting and consistent sense of dread bring out the scares in spades.

Great, compelling ghost story told from the perspective of the investigators. Taught, edge of your seat movie that doesn't let up until the very end. I would definitely recommend this movie.

Bought this movie after renting it, hoping to get some good extra's. There really isn't a whole lot. Its only a one disc Blu Ray and it cost $25. The movie itself is really good though. James Wan really has a knack for the genre without all the silly gore.

I love horror movies, this one is amazing. The story is capturing and keeps you guessing and guessing and leads you into a jump but leaves you motionless after the twists and turns

Love this movie! Lots of chills but no gore to speak of. The sequel is also very good. Major entertainment value.

This movie will give you the chills. I think it gives you more so because it is based on real events. You will definitely cut on every light in the house before you go to bed.

This movie was awesome and we WILL watch it again. If you believe in the supernatural then this movie is for you. It does exist and you will understand a whole lot more when you watch it.

This movie was everything it was hyped up to be. I was on the edge of my seat the entire time. If you are looking for a great scary movie that not only keeps you entertained but guessing then I would highly recommend you check out the conjuring.

Definitely one of the better made horror films in quite a while.. I'd recommend watching the prequel 'Annabelle' after this. Can't wait for the sequel, which is in the works.:)

this movie was very on creepy side but i like watching scary movies and i think this movie rates up on the top of my list as one of the scariest movies i have seen.

This is one of the best scary movies made as of late. Great pacing, story telling, and execution on film. This movie just gets scarier every moment until it's over.
