It's a good ghost movie. if you haven't seen it give it a try.

I absolutely love horror movies. I have seen so many, and I've been disappointed many times, but I have to deem The Conjuring as my all-time favorite, not only horror, movie. I don't own many movies but I bought this one as soon as it was available. James Wan's best work is shown in this masterpiece. I highly recommend it- it's extraordinary and extraordinarily scary.

Based on actual events. Good amount of suspense that makes you think what was that noise. Is the house settling or are there someone forcing their way into home. Acted very well. A little back story on the paranormal investigators. Only knock on film is the ending, had to be Hollywood, everyone is safe the end. Best part of the film is clap hide and seek.

This movie sent chills up my spine and had the hairs on the back of my neck standing at attention!!! Excellent movie!! Supernatural thrillers to me are much scarier than predictable slasher movies and this is one of the best I've seen in a while. The thought of something like this really happening makes it even scarier.

This is the best film since Insidious. Makes sense though given that they are both directed by James Wan. The movie was very scary and supposedly based on the true story of the warrens. Certainly they are religious crackpots but whatever. Transfer and lossless sound were both strong. Watch it in the dark.

Another great film from James Wan. He is becoming the new master of modern horror. Great scares and horror without gore or violence. The film is mostly creepy but the ending does get a little silly at the end but not so bad that its not worth checking out. Highly recommended if your a fan of Wan's films.
