The 4K content just keeps on coming and it's amazing as always! Such great memories with this family film. Looks terrific in 4K!

It's hard to give this one a great review. Some shots look really good at times but there are some instances where the picture looks pretty lousy. Granted this is an older movies and I'm sure the film this was mastered from has suffered a little degradation. Over all, the story is a little cheesy and all the characters are puppets but, if you are a fan of this movie it's probably the best it's ever going to look and sound so it's probably worth it to to pick this movie up. For me, to have it just to admire it's original concept is pretty well with it. But that's just me. Get it on sale though because it's most definitely not worth any more than $15.

Can’t tell you how happy I was to see this done in Ultra 4K! My dad was even more excited since he was so use to his VHS copy.

This movie never ages. Full of fantasy, action, and intrigue (and puppets that don't seem lime puppets!). Higjly recommended.

One of my best memories from being a kid is watching this movie with my mom and dad. Awesome talent went into making this movie.

Watch the 4k disc and then compare it to the menu or feature on the BD. You will see the difference immediately. The film, however, is dense and loaded with exposition. It tends to be hard to follow even if the puppetry looks amazing.

Love it! The Darkcrystal is one of the staples of childhood. I bought this copy to show it to my 6 and 8 year old boys. They loved it!

I would highly recommend this to any Dark Crystal fan as it is great to see in 4K and comes in a neat looking collector’s case
