The most complex Batman movie ever made is a revelation in 4K. The IMAX sequences are stunning!

This movie is one of those you can watch over and over and never tire of it. The direction, cinematography and editing are meticulous. The pacing manages to be high most of the movie, and while running over 2 hours, you still don't feel as though there is filler or a point where the plot loses you. Ledger's performance as Joker is generational, and the 4K transfer helps Nolan's work shine. A must have for showing off your home theater.

I enjoyed this film to start the Trilogy as it was a bit different for what you'd expect from Batman movies. The voice Christian Bale uses as Batman was just terrible & made me laugh from time to time but other than that I get plenty of compliments on this addition in my BluRay collection. The fact it seems "Collectorish" being a steel-book garners some positive remarks as well. If it's the right price & right film for your liking I'd always recommend a steel-book. Similar review from the first film this one was just that much better with the Joker addition.

It's a great movie, and of course Heath Ledger was outstanding in his role as the Joker, very well done! The story line is great, it's dark (no pun intended) every actor stepped up and did a great job, the director did great, props, the CGI is stunning, truly one of the best movies made, but that's just my opinion! Well worth having in my collection. The 4K makes this movie POP on my TV.

Great transfer of the legendary film The Dark Knight. I believe the fact that Christopher Nolan filmed many parts with IMAX cameras made the transition to 4K quite stunning. Pair this with a good 4k OLED display and you can nearly recreate the cinematic experience at home. I've watched this movie over a dozen times and still cannot get tired of Heath Ledgers turn at the legendary Joker.

christopher nolan at it again with is draw jopping attention to detail, character depth, and love for his craft! these 4k remasters look amazing and a subtle touch of humanity to these cinematic masterpieces (yes, its the dark knight but im clearly referring to the entire trilogy-not just the jokers picture). buy these! you wont regret it!

I am a longtime Batman, fan. Long before he was on TV or in the movies. I enjoyed the movie for the most part, even though I didn't agree with some parts of the plot. I guess they try to make him seem more "human" that way, but despite everything, I'm glad to have bought the film. The acting was good and the plot was very realistic, The main thing is good triumphs over evil.

What more can be said of this movie: best superhero movie there is. HDR is great. It is on sale for $10 here at Best Buy. No digital copy included in this pack. Critically, no DolbyVision and no Dolby Atmos with the 4K UHD disc. I cant tell the difference between the DTS on this new disc versus the Dolby True on the previous blu ray. BUT it is ten bucks, so you know you have to.

Great Joker! Really enjoying this Batman series. Looking forward to next installment.

Nah JK. This is the movie that pushed the superhero genre to the next level. The realistic approach and the psychology of these characters. Simply and undeniably one of the best superhero movies of batman of all time......So Far. Bought it finally in 4k.

The graphics in this 4K dvd are superb. Plus it gives more than one way to view it.

The best version. I won't go into details of the story. If you want a movie review, there are far better ones online. The quality of this 4K BR is unmatched. I usually hate SOAP OPERA effects or realistic looking action sequences that make you dizzy, and they are here. But Nolan has steady camera work and shots, which make it easier to watch (no shaky cameras). I got this despite owning this movie on BR already. Was not disappointed.

Everyone knows the greatness of this film, and not just the Oscar winning performance of Heath Ledger. The writing of the Joker's mysterious character and the chaos he creates is so respectful to the classic Joker comic stories. Any person who has not already seen this, should watch it immediately. And though it is part 2 of a trilogy, it also stands alone as a single story.

Worthy successor to Part 1, excellent mid film of the Batman trilogy.

This is my favorite Batman movie of all time and win the 4K version it is absolutely stunning! It looks like the joker is standing there in your living room robbing the bank !!! The sound is perfect on this where on a lot of 4K movies it is not good but thankfully this is probably the best sounding 4K movie and may be best looking on the market .

Looks great in 4K, one of the better transfers of the last few years.

Nolans best work in a long time. While the first and last were overrated in my opinion. This one was fantastic. My fav nolan film since Prestige.. Ledger was phenomenal as joker, gary oldman is by far the best gordon to date, cain is fantastic as alfred, and bale has his least annoying batman impressions.
