Whether you're a fan of "super hero" movies or not, this is a must see simply because of Heath Ledger's amazing performance as the Joker. He mesmerizes whenever he is on the screen. I've seen the film a number of times and never get tired of watching his work here. Christian Bale, in my opinion, is the best Batman on film.

One of the most iconic performances of the decade gets a timely rerelease with the new Joker movie now available. One of the comics most interesting villains is portrayed in a chilling way by Heath Ledger in his final performance, which posthumously won him an Oscar.

Christopher Nolan masterpiece part of his Batman Trilogy. Heath Ledger deservedly won Oscar for posthumously for Best Actor. Great acting talent lost too early.

The Dark Knight in 4k looks amazing when even compared to the bluray edition. It is bad that they took away the UHD digital code in these 4k movies.

I love this movie, I when to the movie’s when I was 11 and I loved It and I still do love this movie, I probably watched this movie probably like a 1,000 time, not kidding and It never get’s old. I own this movie on DVD, Blue-Ray, and now on 4K.

The Dark Knight is the gold standard for superhero movies. Great direction, great acting, great characters, and great action. The 4K version is good but it's a noticeable upgrade when watching the parts Nolan shot with an IMAX camera (the opening heist, the Hong Kong extradition, the tunnel scenes).

Great quality movie that I really enjoyed I really took advantage of my 4K system and planning to purchase more 4K movies It is always a pleasure for me to visit the Best Buy store due to the multiple options I can find on my preferences

I didn't watch this for a while and I'm glad I waited to watch it again in 4k. Need to rewatch the trilogy but I think this one was the best. As most will say Heath Ledger did an awesome job. When you hate him in the movie, you know he did really well. The whole cast did a good job also.

I liked the actor who played the Joker, don't get me wrong, I just wish they had more laughing bombs or ridiculous smiling weapons in the movie. Even so they made an excellent job of portraying Joker as a genius psychopath who manipulated everyone to do what they thought was right only to realize that it was Joker's dirty work.

Ordered it online for pick up in the morning, steel book was brand new sealed when i picked it up had no hassle with the pick up steps at store. They had plenty more steel book copies in the Blu-Ray section, beautiful steel book for an amazing movie that looks awesome and for a great low price.

Even after 10 years, this is still the best modern superhero movie made. It's finally in 4K, so you can appreciate all the details. It's almost like you are back in the theater. Picture and sound are incredible! If you want to show off your new 4K tv to your friends, this is a must buy!

Perfection in 4k. I saw this when it came out in IMAX and it was a religious experience for me. Not really but this may be the best action film ever made. Whatever genre you put this in it is on the podium for best ever, just wow

Chris Nolan has made a magnificent sequel to the already great batman film! The revamped Batman story gave such a great punch to the superhero film industry that every film tried to follow it. Heath Ledger as Joker is truly amazing and will probably one that cannot be beat and on par with Jack Nicholson.

If you're a fan of the movie there's no need to go over the plot. The 4k video is spectacular, Darks are deep and the colors on joker's greasepaint are vibrant. incredible detail. Awesome audio as well. Very highly recommended.

Let me start out by saying that im not a batman fan. I was always into marvel. Don't get me wrong, I didn't not like batman, he was just ok. After seeing this movie I was totally blown away. Great plot that just keeps pulling all the way till the end. The picture quality and sound are primo in bluray. Great movie!

Heath Ledger's performance as the Joker may never again be rivaled by another actor. I've watched this movie several times before I bought it on Blu-Ray, and I have no regrets getting this in better quality because I keep coming back to it. This is my favorite movie of all time and I can't say enough good things about it.

Ultimately, Christopher Nolan's "The Dark Knight" is a masterpiece, from the mind-blowing action, to the incredible acting, fantastic characters, strong script, layers of character depth and development, epic music, awesome special effects...This is Batman!

The Dark Knight explores perhaps the darkest character in the Batman series, The Joker. In the last role prior to his death, Heath Ledger's Joker is brilliant, although terribly violent. Bale's Batman struggles with reality of whether he stands for justice, or vigilante. Content may be disturbing for pre-teens.

My first time watching this movie since it came out 12 years ago was just recently. I see why critics chose this movie as one of the greatest of all time. Heath Ledger's performance was too outstanding as the Joker.

I don't need tell you that The Dark Knight is not just a great superhero movie. But a great movie period. From the acting to the action is top notch. Especially the performance of the late Heath Ledger as the Joker. With Christopher Nolan direction we have a modern day masterpiece.
