Had to get this movie even though I have it on multiple other viewing sources. Very good 4k transfer, won't be disappointed.

In a day full of comic book movies, The Dark Knight is still the best in my book. The story is amazing and the performances of all actors and including the late Heath Ledger as The Joker makes this movie a must have.

The movie itself is phenomenal and is definitely worth having. This version is sourced from a new 4K scan which an improvement over the Blu-ray. While it's not perfect and has flaws, the benefits greatly outweigh any negatives. It comes with a room-rattling DTS-HD MA audio track (Nolan doesn't do Atmos) which also improves over the previous Blu-ray. Treat yourself and your home theatre with this movie!

Great sound! Huge explosions and other dramatic sounds. Your speakers will be put to the test with dolby atmos.

Very few times does a sequel outperform the original, but this one does that immensely. This shows Batman and the Joker exactly as they should be with performances that will intrigue you and scare you :)

One of my favorite 4K blu-rays. Nice HDR upgrade too from the old blu-ray. Audio is great but would have preferred an Atmos track.

Dark Knight is truly the greatest in the superhero genre. There's nothing more I can say about Heath ledger performance as the joker. Movie is full of heart, action, and subliminal messages. Classic!

The Dark Knight 4K UHD is the second movie in the series and I think whole 3 movie series are the best Batman movies. And this is the best one in the series. 4K resolution is great too.

This movie is one of those you can watch over and over and never tire of it. The direction, cinematography and editing are meticulous. The pacing manages to be high most of the movie, and while running over 2 hours, you still don't feel as though there is filler or a point where the plot loses you. Ledger's performance as Joker is generational, and the 4K transfer helps Nolan's work shine. A must have for showing off your home theater.

Great Movie But 4k Not Much Better Than Blu-Ray

Love this movie so took advantage of the Black Friday sale to pick up the 4k copy of this movie. First off, the top left corner of the case was smashed in. The disc was fine but I would have liked it to be in better shape when I picked it up. I didn't notice because the red receipt was taped over it. The movie is great but I didn't really see a difference between 4k and the blu-ray I already have.

Even if you're not a Batman fan, this first entry in what amounts to a reboot of the main character is a worthwhile viewing experience. Action, character development, SFX and better than reasonably good direction by Nolan gives this film an entertaining sense of depth while establishing a good premise for more to come in two sequels. Plenty of DARK scenes will give your display a run for its money.

It's a great movie, and of course Heath Ledger was outstanding in his role as the Joker, very well done! The story line is great, it's dark (no pun intended) every actor stepped up and did a great job, the director did great, props, the CGI is stunning, truly one of the best movies made, but that's just my opinion! Well worth having in my collection. The 4K makes this movie POP on my TV.

One of the most iconic superhero movies of all time. High quality steelbook. The iconic movie poster of Batman standing under the burning bat symbol looks great as the cover of the steelbook.

Great transfer of the legendary film The Dark Knight. I believe the fact that Christopher Nolan filmed many parts with IMAX cameras made the transition to 4K quite stunning. Pair this with a good 4k OLED display and you can nearly recreate the cinematic experience at home. I've watched this movie over a dozen times and still cannot get tired of Heath Ledgers turn at the legendary Joker.

A worthwhile upgrade from the Blu Ray brings the the dark knight to near reference levels. Shadow detail, contrast and depth all get a nice upgrade and the IMAX scenes are stunning.
