i never read the books so i don't have the "i don't like it because its different from the book" mentality. i went into it open minded and came out wanting to see more. great cast

I watched this movie on television every time it comes on, so much so I decided to purchase the blu-ray w/digital copy so I could add it to my digital library. That way I can watch whenever I want. It is a movie, I believe you never will grow tired of watching.

Artwork on the steelbook looks nice. Picture quality is very clean.

Never saw this Movie before and thought it would be a great addition to my Steelbook collection since it was On Sale under $20. This Movie is GREAT!! Not a disappointment.

I was very surprised at how good it was. most Stephen King movies are difficult to keep up with the book. Good news is I had not read this book so I found it very entertaining.

They tried cramming nearly the whole series into one movie. If looked at from Jake's perspective, it makes the movie more tolerable and creative.

Good movie lots of action cannot out guess just how I like it. Not sure who is good or bad have to see it through.

I did not know what to expect at the time I got this movie but I was happily surprised. The story got my attention from start to finish....I'll definitely watch it again.

This movie was about a dark tower that keeps evil at bay. Matthew McConneghy was really good as the evil wizard who wanted to destroy the tower and let evil take over.

This movie actually surpriseed me it was entertaining once you understand whats going on a solid buy ro the collection

Still not sure what I watched. Will have to watch again. Decent movie with two great actors us all I can say... movie theme???? Meh

Great transfer, only thing would have made it better would be Dolby Vision.

I really liked the concept and story of this movie. I never read the book. But I think the movie was really cool. I will definitely be watching it many more times.

This film had all the makings of a great film, two leading actors (hello Idris Elba), however that’s where the great ended. The film itself was very dull.

I've never read the book it's based off, so Im just judging the movie solely on on it's self. I thought it was decent. Visually pleasing. The acting was good. Although I thought the movie could have been longer. It was obviously a bit lacking in story. The pop art steelbook packaging is really cool.

I enjoyed cetain aspects of the movie, the roles that Elba and McConaughey played were difficult as tehe plot was all over the board. Both actors were able to keep my attention from going astray at times. Unfortunately the script caused this movie to be rated as just a mediocre film. I was a little disappointed as I was hoping that movie would be as captivating as the series of books by Stephen King .

Purcheased this movie without knowing what it was about other than the trailers. Was very pleased the the overall movie. It kept me entertained from the beginning to end. I'm a big steelbook collector and was very happy with this one. Inside and outside cover art is simple but very sleak and neat.

I thought they went to fast through the story. All of the books crammed into this one movie? I do see an opportunity for more movies to come. Hopefully three will.

A summary of things past and things to come. In its screen format it still does good for the works of the master writer Mr. Stephen King. Two generations in my family follow his literary work. I heard there may a a series following this movie. I can't wait to see it. This movie is the BIG BANG!
