This is a movie that mixes it up. Nothing like shoot outs in two different detentions.

Elba is genuinely great as the tormented Roland, but the film is lacking a good story.

This is a pretty good film. If you’re looking to be entertained, this does just that.

The actors did good in their respective parts however overall the movie didnt really speak to me. I haven't read the books to know how well this followed them and how well it handled the overall story. It certainly was worth watching even if just to get your own opinion but maybe on the cheaper side rather than in theatres.

I know this movie didn't get high reviews from the critics, but my family and I enjoyed it. We went to the theatre when it came out and then I preordered the DVD so we could watch again.

Not the worst movie out this year, but not the best. It's just alright. The acting is good. The action isn't amazing, but still entertaining. The story has some real potential but seems it was watered down. Idris Alba is excellent as Roland and Mathew MccConaughey's Man in Black is cool too. I would suggest renting this movie.

Bought this movie Black Friday for good price haven't although haven't watched it yet

Fans of the main characters. Could of had more action n special effects then it did.

This movie made me want to go buy the entire dark tower series of books. I want to read more about the man in black, and the gunslingers. This movie was amazing, and the cast killed it!

The movie is dark but has good action. It can also be viewed with the whole family.

The Dark tower has two leading stars, but even that can't save this mess of a film.

As a stand alone movie, it is really great! Love the acting and story. Very loosely based on the books but they did a great job making a solo movie based on as many books as possible.

This movie is very funny and the deal plus the quality of the blue ray is top notch!

A thrilling adaptation of Stephen King’s movie which keeps you glued to the screen.

Been want to buy this movie for a while then saw it was on sale at Best Buy and I bought it. The movie was great. Also watch it on a new tv I had bought at the same time.

I BOUGHT THE DARK TOWER BECAUSE OF THE GOOD REVIEWS ON THE 4K PICTURE QUALITY, I DID SEE IT BEFORE, BUT MAYBE I WILL LIKE IT BETTER NOW THAT IT IS IN 4K, ALTHOUGH IT WAS NOT THAT BAD THE FIRST TIME, PLUS MY SISTER SAID SHE LIKED IT. ALSO GOT IT ON SALE.
