This is fun, but such a departure from the book. Just make the book already. I bought it because I want it to make money and have sequels, but I think it is a lost cause.

I have never read any of Stephen King's popular fantasy series, The Dark Tower, so I walked into the long-awaited film adaptation with no investment. I walked out with very little investment.

I was disappointed but had not read book. a dark movie; it just didn't work for me. I thought it was too erratic and disjointed, lacked flow.

Watchable, but if you were a fan of the books I'd wait for a more thorough realizing of King's world. If you haven't read the books you'll probably enjoy it more than I did.

I love Stephen King, these actors have skill, it seems like it should work. But not really. Still under $5 worth one watch.

The movie is fine! Best Buy, not so much. Movie was supposed to have a digital copy, didn't get it. Not even the packaging I received mentioned the digital copy. I think I got a lesser value Blu-ray but was chrged for something else that I didn't receive.

I thought this movie vie would of been better, but I was a bit disappointed with it, the plote jumped all over the place, no real stoire to it,

I am a Stephen King fan so I was really excited about this movie, but utimately disappointed. It was lacking something.

It's not good either. The leads are good. The action is good but out of place for a western. The plot though, it's not what you're hoping for.

I read the entire Stephen King The Dark Tower Series, which took about a year give or take, so I guess it shouldn't have expected much when the movie was only about 90 minutes. Idris holds up his end, but there are far too many plot holes and undeveloped characters, not to mention the extraordinary amount of characters from the book that weren't included in the movie. I watched this movie once and immediately sold it on eBay.

Purchased on Black Friday it was not that expensive so I was not as disappointed as I would have been if I had paid more

Matthew McConaughey as a villain is hard to imagine, but it has happened. I would rate the movie a little below average.

Did not enjoy enough to finish watching the movie. The movie was dark and depressing So I just put it back in the box.

Ordered 2 copies. Shipped in envelope with no protection. Don’t even need to open them. Huge dents across front cover. So lame you took away Best Buy elite accounts, now I have to reorder 4 copies to get free shipping. Best Buy is lame

Not what I expected, you would think with those 2 actors there would be more action

This wasn't completely what I thought it was. But the actors in the movie made it interesting.

This is nothing new about this movie. The action was okay, but storywise it could've been better

The movie was not great. If you want a better idea of the plot I suggest reading the books.

I saw the previews and thought this was going to be a good movie but it was disappointing.
