It was alright classic chick flick. The main actresses were alright lot of happy music. Wife wanted to see it again.

While watching this movie, I realized that sound on dialog are way too low.

As I have learned over the years, the fashion industry is very challenging and at times can be "cut throat." Meryl Streep did a superb job portraying a woman over a major fashion magazine who demands nothing but the best and sometimes demands too much for one to handle. It also plays on morals and values and doing what it takes to get ahead in the world. Sometimes those morals and values get lost when trying to achieve success and that's pretty much the story of Anne Hathaway's character. Even though this is not based on a true story, it definitely gives you a perspective of how the fashion industry can be at times.

It is a light-hearted comedy that is fun to watch, even if you aren't a chick. The actress is very attractive and pulls off the part surprisingly well. It is full of witty characters and sharp dialogue and a storyline that can appeal to the masses. Meryl Streep gives an amazing performance as the 'horrible boss.' The image and audio quality are nothing short of stunning. There are a few night scenes that have an inconsistent amount of grain or look washed out, but it is trivial at best. The Transfer is nothing short of amazing. It is still very close to reference quality.

Devil Wears Prada is an awesome, witty, funny, and stylish movie - if you have any interest in fashion you should have no trouble finding this entertaining. I haven't seen Anne Hathaway play a part quite this appealing since, and of course Meryl Streep steals the show with her hilarious "quietly threatening" mean boss portrayal. Emily Blunt is a riot as well, along with Stanley Tucci. The story is enjoyable but the look of the film is also stunning - the treatments of New York and Paris are very nicely done. I have a very short list of movies mostly for women that I think any guy should still enjoy, and this is definitely one of the best - you'll likely want to see it again, and maybe once more... then you'll find yourself buying a copy - for yourself, not your lady.

The cast of this movie, separately and together, are brilliant. Everyone is spot-on in every scene! I actually was prepared to not like it at all but it was super funny and super sweet at the same time. Meryl Streep is as perfect as ever, Anne Hathaway does a solid job, as does Emily Blunt, but the stand-out to me was Stanley Tucci! He is genius in this role and steals every scene that he is in! This is a must see, feel good, funny movie.

Not only is the casting in this movie more then exceptional the acting is amazing. The line pick ups and the on screen chemistry is quite astonishing compared to lack luster book made to movie "Ya-Ya Sisterhood". Streep as most know was nominated for an Oscar for her portrayal of Miranda Priestly. After the movie is over the bonus features are so fun including a behind the scenes, a look at the making-of and a fall out funny blooper reel. This one is so a keeper.

A chick flick many women, like me, in their 20's who entered the business world after college can relate to! I have always loved Anne Hathaway ever since her days in Princess Diaries. She's feminine, human, funny and charming in this film, someone you can relate to and you feel for her. Meryl Streep plays the perfect antagonist, too. Grab a great bottle of wine, your girlfriends and dig into the world of fashion- its trials and tribulations.

I love this movie! Meryl Streep was great in this movie; she played her character so well. It was a great movie from start to finish. I loved the whole plot of this movie and the designer clothes that were used on the actors. I always loved streep's movies; she is such a great actor. If you love fashion, drama, prada, and meryl streep this is the movie for you!

This movie is a realistic portrayal of the cut throat fashion magazine industry. What I appreciate about this movie is how they kept the lifestyle realistic. Meryll Streep renews her self and looks stunning in this film, as well as a rising star Anne Hathaway. Would recommend to anyone, but more specifically females interested in fashion and modeling.

Meryl Streep and Anne Hathaway shine in this comical and unbelievable film. Supposedly based on the editor of Vogue, you will be appalled at some things Miranda (Streep) asks her assistant Andy (Hathaway) to do for her! I found myself getting frustrated at times during the movie for Andy's sake! It was a good movie and it was fun to see all of the fashion!

Great movie for fans of Meryl or Anne. While watching is really hard to tell who steals the show because both give a great performance that makes the movie work and worth watching again and again.

I love this movie and getting it for a low price and 10th year anniversary edition is the best.. everybody should have this movie in their collection I give it ten thumbs up

when i watch these movie in the teathers i totally love it now that i have it on dvd is one of the best dvd ever the special features are great and the movie it self you should buy it

This is a fabolous price for a outstanding movie. Also, getting a $5 gift card with the purchase of another movie is a better incentive.

I liked this movie because of the visual style and the high fashion style. The smooth look of this movie is brilliant. The acting is okay, but the main star of the movie is the fashion.
