Book was better, kids still enjoyed it!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good movie. holds interest. it is true to the book

Had already seen it but the wife wanted to buy it.

Love this movie and the hard case that it come in.

As a movie on it's own,I wasn't very impressed.But it might be a good stepping stone to the finale. I'm a fan of the series so I'll see it through to the end, but someone less interested in the series will probably lose interest completely after this one

I've read the book series and enjoyed the first movie, but I just couldn't get into this one as a movie. Of course the books are better (isn't that usually the case with book to movie adaptations), but the movie really struggled to keep my attention.

Another Hunger Games-ish, essentially teenage dystopia movie, with the strong female protagonist and friends saving the world from the evil grownups. For those following the series, with another sequel to swallow -- I mean follow.

I have not read the books... but I enjoyed Divergent much more than Insurgent. I felt the action was thin and not a lot of it. I do wish I purchased the 3D version because I noticed a lot of scenes that would have looked awesome in 3D.

I'm a 3D fan, many are not. I bought this to add to my 3D library. Decent Sci Fi action movie, not great. Good 3D. If you don't like sci fi, and if you're looking for an Oscar worthy drama, then you should probably pass on this one.

I generally enjoy the 'Hunger Games' series simply because the protagonist's struggles are more engaging, but this series is beyond ludicrous in it's premise. Visually, it is interesting with great production design and costumes.

The Divergent series started off okay, but the follow up movies have been less than ideal. Purchase this if you're a fan or if you're looking to fill your Divergent collection. This movie looks terrific in 4K.

Ok..... So the first one was better and I'm slowly losing my attention. However, it's still a good watch. I just hope the next 2 movies are better than this one. It's was good, just not as interesting as the first movie.

This installment to the series is well done. There is a good mixture of drama and action. I finished insurgent looking forward to the next installment to the story.

The movie was a decent interpretation of the book per my step daughter but the excitement and uniqueness of the first was gone for for me. Didn't feel like the overall story was advanced and the acting was sub par.

I viewed Divergent and loved it so I was drawn to this, the second in the series of movies. I was so disappointed. It is not nearly as good as the first movie. It is boring and not as easy to follow as the first.

Based on the popular divergent series, insurgent is the 222nd in the franchise, while it will never be a blockbuster y.a. film such as twilight or hunger games, it's a solid film that's better then the first

Wish i could recommend this but i would not. Its just ok. If you really like the first movie, then give this a go. If you want a movie to watch without knowing the previous story, PASS ON THIS.

This movie and the one before it are ok, but there is not much to them as far as plot goes, there is no point for what happens within the movies but the action is better in this one compared to the first.

It is a good movie granted it is fiction but it somewhat shows a glimpse of the future we are treading into. I would recommend it to a lot of people who like science fiction or futuristic entertainment.
