The first Divergent movie gave those who read the novels hope that the series would be a good adaption. However, with the second movie it seems that those hopes have largely been lost. The story-telling done here is nothing great, and while it stays mostly true to the book, it just doesn't use the source material well enough to consider it a faithful adaptation. With the obligatory two part installment for the final book yet to come, we'll see how the "trilogy" closes out. For me, I'll catch it as a rental

Bought this for my daughters but I love it too. Bought it the day it came out & got a great deal! Love the steel book case. Can't wait for the next movie in the series.

I'm a sucker for 3d. I saw this on a plane trip and liked the movie. So, when I saw it for sale at BB in 3d, I had to have it. So much better than the jet's 6" screen!

Just like I said in the summary the 2nd was better than the 1st one. More action and depth from all of the characters. If you've seen the 2st you'll want to see this movie

This movie is interesting. Definitely liked it. It somehow has a slight Matrix feel to it. If you saw the first movie and liked it you definitely will like the second.

I haven't finished watching Insurgent so far what I have seen I love it. I enjoyed Divergent which I will buy this year. Great movie looking forward to buying the rest.

It matters when the 'status quo' delegates to everyone involved that being different is not tolerated. The simple solution is genocide on a mass scale. Sound familiar?

This movie was a good continuation of the first movie. I have not read the books, but the action is good and the plot keeps moving. But why? why is the next book 2 movies?

If you're a fan of the franchise and love the books you will find the film enjoyable. The 3D scenes are nice, colors look great and crisp. Wish there was more action.

I was anxiously awaiting for this film to arrive on DVD. I was not disappointed with what I received, just wanted a little more, guess I'll have to wait for the next one!

I had to get the movie after I read the books. It wasn't exactly like the book which is helpful for people who have never read the books. It is a fun movie for all ages.

I absolutely loved the first installment of Divergent so I couldn't wait for the second! I wasn't disappointed! It was a bit slow at first but it gets better. A must see!

I really liked Insurgent and it had plenty of action, drama and romance. I didn't like how much it derived from the book though, the storyline was way off in that aspect.

The 3D BluRay is Surpurb as well as the Dolby Atmos Sound. A Great Movie that has a message. The Steelbox set is a Collectors Item for years to come. I'm ready for Part 3

This is the second part of this series. I don't know if they are going to make a part three or not. You have to get it if you want to know what happened from part 1.Enjoy

Not as dynamic and groundbreaking as the first film in the series. However, this sequel is still a fast paced thriller with a lot of life changes to our heroine, Tris...

They changed a few things from the book, which works for this movie. Only thing is that I question how it will change the story of the next 2 books, mainly the 4th book.

I love the Divergent series. The second movie was awesome although they did change the ending a bit. I'm curious to see how they incorporate it into the third movie.
