I purchased this movie entirely by recommendation and haven't gotten around to watching it yet. I've heard good things about it, so I've rated 4 stars. I'd imagine it's at least that good considering Denzel is the lead actor.

Denzel Washington movie "The Equalizer" is one of his best. This movie looks so much sharper & clear in 4K than the bluray disc.

I heard great things about this movie so I purchased the movie from Best Buy. Good decision my family enjoyed the movie and we can watch it over and over.

Denzel Washington does it again, but this time as the lead character in an action film. A genre he rarely makes but has shown us that he can handle it.

If you have not seen this movie you must buy it. Denzel owns this character. And I recommend you see this one before Equalizer 2

You have one of the best actors of this generation in Denzel doing his thing with a great director and script!!! Simply a great action flick!!!

I wasn't going into this movie expecting much, but it's Denzel Washington. However, it was a great movie and I can't wait for the second one to be made.

The Equalizer is a action thriller. Washington plays a good guy who's very helpful to those around him.

Denzel turns in another solid performance with this movie. If you recall man on fire, this movie loosely remind you of that. It's different and entertaining in its own right. There is a sufficient amount of action with a good plot. Definitely worth checking out.

Never got previous editions (BR or DVD) as I saw the movie in the theatre. You can not go wrong with Messrs. Fuqua and Washington. The clarity of the images is worth the purchase. I now have to see the sequel when it comes out.

This movie is really good. Anytime I can watch Denzel perform I'm up for it. Cant wait for the second one to come out in 4k

This movie is better then training day and that was a really good movie. Denzel Washington is on fire in this movie with a turned up performance. ACTION!

Wow, what a story. I like it when good triumphs over evil, and Denzel does it best. Plenty of action, dark moments, with a happy ending. Buy it!

This movie is an awesome action/drama movie and Denzel is great in his role as usual! If you liked him in Man on Fire you will like this movie for sure!
