The movie had some amusing moments and the action sequences were fairly good but definitely nothing to write home about. The lines came with extra cheese, in some cases this added to the humour but it often caused uncontrollable groaning.

If you want to watch these old guys conveniently save each other and kill more bad guys than there really is (20 bad guys, 100 kills), this is the movie for you.

MOVIE: - Resembles a classic 80s/90s action film, just the way I like them. - Lots and lots of action mixed with the right amount of humor. - Chuck Norris joke and nods to each actor's respective films contribute to guilty pleasure. VIDEO/AUDIO: - Some scenes are super grainy, while others are not. - When it is not too grainy, the picture looks really nice. - Lionsgate always delivers good audio tracks. EXTRAS: - I wish the making of feature was a little longer and included more interviews from the cast/crew and provided a more in-depth look to the action/fight scenes. - Couture shooting a bunch of guns was a neat feature. - Gag reel could have been better. The Expendables 2 is exactly what I wanted and expected from the first. I haven't had this much fun with an action film since Bad Boys 2. The blu-ray could have been better had they provided more extras, but the movie is good enough I suppose. The graininess in the film is wack, but thankfully, it's only in a few scenes. An awesome all around movie that satisfies the manly man inside of me.

Having seen all 3 Expendables movies I can honestly say this one is my favorite. The first had the best story but this one had a surprise character that is one of my all-time favorite action stars! 4 stars because I'd recommend the Steelbook over the basic version if you can find it and it's the same price, but well worth buying/watching!

The Crew is back again, with a couple of “new hands,” and doing their bad-a.. thing again. Lots of hard-bitten action and close-in fight’n and kick’n. The 2nd time around is as-good-as-the-first – perhaps even better! And, once again it’s pure entertainment for those who enjoy a high-octane action movie

If you liked the first Expendables you will definitely like the sequel however it is arguable if it is significantly better. I personally liked the story of the first better. Still, the sequel serves lots of action and that is what this franchise is all about.

Every once in a while you just want to see stuff blown up. This has some funny one-liners and all of our favorite action stars of the past. Good way to be entertained for 90 minutes of no-brainer fun!

Can we say this is a good follow up to the last movie. Okay, yes..most are the mid-life crisis 1980's action movie actors, but when do you have a movie that has all of them together and do wisecrack about their 80s and 90s movies. Too cool!

What we all expected with the first film gets delivered in the sequel. Better action, better plot, and a far better villain. Jean Claude Van-Damme is incredible in this. Good to see him back.
