The Fifth Element is a highly energetic science fiction film that blends action, comedy and drama into a great thrill ride. A must in everyone's collection. There are noticble improvements over the re-mastered blu-ray version. Sharper with Deeper & Richer Color...and not observable artifacts.

I know a lot of people say this movie was "Die Hard in space," but I don't care... It's awesome now the same way it was awesome when it came out. Had to get the steel case with the upgrade to blu-ray, finally... Truly great movie!

Just finished watching this classic in the most perfect redemption of this movie. It's waaaaaaay better than obviously the bluray and the Sony mastered in 4K for the stream box. Highly recommend watching this title again if you have the hardware for it. Léon the Professional is next!

Though a huge improvement over DVD it could be better. That said, we absolutely enjoy this 4K version of what has become a cult-classic. We have owned this movie is various formats since it's release including a SuperBit DVD that was our absolute best quality DVD. Even though it's not perfect, what is right? I still highly recommend this.

Excellent movie and looks amazing in 4K HDR! A must own physical copy in the time of digital boom. Bonus features are truly remarkable.

The PQ and AQ for this UHD release are stellar. The film could only look better (and only slightly better) if this release had Dolby Vision instead of only HDR10. Other than that, a perfect presentation of a great film. This is how UHD discs of movies shot on 35mm film should look.

The first release of The Fifth Element was not known for being a quality release so this new 4k restoration is a much needed upgrade from the old disc. It's sharper and boasts better colors while retaining the old special features. Buy this version and don't waste your time with a cheaper disc.

Very fun movie. Feels a bit more like a modest budgeted sci-fi picture than the blockbusters we're used to today, but that could be because it was from the 90s (and I was watching it on Blu-Ray, which brings out all the details). Great world building and fun characters. Recommended!

I remember my dad showing me this movie when I was younger and I always thought that it was such a cool movie. Since buying this movie again for the 4K release and watching it after missing it for a couple years, my opinion of it still stands. It's still a great movie to watch.

But the cool steelbook is just another marketing format to try and get you to buy even if you don't need it. Fortunately, I am not that kinda of sucker. I've been looking for an HD version of family favorite Fifth Element. I am not a fan of Bruce Willis, but I wish there were more quirky greats like this film. I personally believe a spin-off film could have been made around The DJ and bursar-turned-security-sailer as long as it were written with as much intricacy as Fifth Element!

You've most likely seen this movie already. A funny, action packed visual spectacle. I don't know if the UHD transfer is reference worthy like the bluray once was, but it still looks amazing after all these years. If you are a Sci-Fi and/or Bruce Willis fan, you can't go wrong.

before i was going to buy the bluray version but once i heard about the 4k version coming out i knew i had to wait for this one to be released. just a great port. There is a few scenes where you do see grain but its only a few. Faces look super sharp and colors really pop out.

Great movie from the 90’s. Love the art on the steel book edition. What else can be said other than it is a great movie. Acting was on point, likable characters, just an overall fun movie to watch. I highly recommend.

I have bought this movie three times. Enough already. First Blu Ray was terrible. First remaster fixed most of the video. This latest release FINALLY gives us state of the art video & a great ATMOS soundtrack. I almost didn't buy it again, That would have been a mistake. Trust me on this one.

This 4k upgrade and Dolby Atmos remix is off the freaking map! It looks better than films filmed in 4K. The audio through my 13 speaker atmos system is as good as anything else I have. The tin case is pretty cool too. Love it!

Let's face it, when it comes to Action Movies, Bruce Willis is at or near the top! He'll always be remembered first and foremost for his Die Hard Flicks, but The Fifth Element holds it's own! The Storyline is surprisingly well done, and of course, the Action and Explosions are plentiful and loud!

This is one of the best movies ever! I watched it on a Sony 65" Oled TV and Sony HT-Z9F Sound Bar and Sony SA-Z9R rear speakers and it will blow you away! Awesome picture and sound to test out your system!!

This is one of my favorite science fiction films, full of action, great fun, and visually just fantastic. I bought the DVD when I upgraded my TV and got a Blu Ray player to see if I could see a difference from standard DVD... and yes, this Blu Ray looks fantastic on a quality screen.

Really enjoyed this movie as a kid and every time I see it again I like it more and more. Great performances and story, well shot and directed. Fun movie with a love story plot that isn't totally awful. Great action and fantasy movie with some real funny moments.

The Fifth Element has been one of my favorite movies since I first saw it about 17 years ago. Having watched it numerous times since then, I can honestly say that this is without a doubt the best it has ever looked or sounded. If you already own The Fifth Element, buy this release anyway.
