The Flash is a spinoff of The Arrow. While the Arrow is dark, The Flash is more light-hearted. It does get dark and serious, but there is a good balance. This is a good, fun show. There is a storyline that runs throughout the show (so far), so it is good to watch in order. After a few episodes you will be binge watching till the very exciting end.

This first season is quite simply one of the best adaptations of a superhero ever put on tv. Grant Gustin is perfectly cast as the Flash, as is the rest of the supporting characters for the show. Highly recommended even if you don't read the comics - it'll appeal to everyone with its themes and stories.

My daughters love this series. They actually got me watching it. Amazon charges to view it. I got the whole season for far less, and they can watch it as many times as they want too! It's a fairly clean movie for kids and adults like me, which are getting harder to find.

The Flash season 1 on blu-ray is a must own, it has one of the best adaptations of a comic character thus far and is very fun and entertaining. If you have an hdtv and enjoy TV shows, you owe it to yourself to get this blu-ray.

I wasn't sure if I was going to like this when I bought it, but now I can't wait for the next season. It has very enjoyable characters, story lines, and special effects. For all you super-hero fans, this is a keeper!

Keeps me watching. Good writing. Interesting supporting characters. Special effects are well done and, more notably, not overdone. I look forward to season two!

I was never a big Flash fan until I saw this show. In my opinion the best super hero show out on network TV today. Good fun and some lovable characters

Season one of the flash is amazing, once I started I couldn't stop watching, I had to watch every episode in a flash.
