I like John Travolta and I like Christopher Plummer; this sounded like the makings of a really good, fun, movie. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. I still enjoyed watching the guys, but it didn't live up to my expectation. Some action and not terribly violent (which in itself is refreshing). I don't regret buying the movie.

Nice twist at the end, and the story line was interesting. Christopher Plummer and John Travolta made an interesting pair.

The movie is about a conman (played by Travolta, who by the way can play just about any character put in front of him), who is hired to paint a forgery Monet, and also steal the original Monet from the museum with his father and his son’s help.

If you like John Travolta you are sure to love this movie.

A typical John Travolta movie but enjoyed it very much

John Travolta, if he wasn't so bitterly committed to his religion, could work on acting in a convincing manner. Painting, even a forgery, requires a firm hand and subtlety; most certainly more than what Travolta has.

The forgery is a great work of art and fun to watch it be created. Ending is good and a twist, but Travolta has done better work.

great movie and good acting would recommend this movie and watch it again myself.....sad ending and story....though

It's not as good as the DVD box made it seemed to be!
