One of the few movies made that rival the greatness of the book. Music, acting, storyline is fantastic. Daniel Craig and Rooney Mara are perfect for the parts they played.

excellent movie, excellent book. the hollywood version was amazing, especially the intro with the remake of led zeppelin's immigrant song. it absolutely blew me away in the theater. i still prefer the swedish version in swedish with english subtitles because the swedish language adds to the film. if you love this movie, read the book because there's lots more to it. and definitely checkout the swedish version of the movie. you can rent from the "box"

This movie is very entertaining. For us, the acting is amaizing. The plot is very well written, not a big fan of watching naked people get it on but then again most of the films coming out now a days have similar scenes. The beginning of the film makes it seem like its a horror movie which would be great if it was but its not. Overall very good movie and great addition to our collection.

This looked like a good thriller, so I picked it up and I am so glad I did! What a dark, twisted, messed up murder mystery this is. The acting is phenomenal, Daniel Craig is great, but Rooney Mara steals the show, it takes a great actor/actress to pull off barely kept in check insanity. Start to finish this kept me on the edge of my seat at every turn.

Having never saw the original version I found this one to be exceptionally done all the way around. The plot was great. The twists and turns were very suspenseful and the development of the characters was superb. Can't wait for the next installment(s).

When i first read the books i was fascinated and i usually frown when i see them at the movies, but this was very very close to the book. It might be a bit long of a movie, but trust me you will NOT feel it at all! Cant wait for the next.

Great movie, they did a good job with this English version. I loved the original versions of the movie but hated the words didn't fit actors mouth movements. Definitely a movie to add to the collection. Plus opening sequence is awesome!

A much better rendition of the story than the Swedish version....Mara now owns the character of Elisabeth Salandar...what an incredible performance she gives. Daniel Craig is very good also. Can't wait for the next one!

Really like story line and interaction of characters. Actors are superb especially Rooney Mara. She really portrayed her character well. Photography was excellent.

The movie was so good that I have watched numerous times since purchasing and suggest the movie to all of my friends and family. The story is a bit extreme for younger viewers and I would not suggest for children.

Great plot with twists. It veers away from the storyline in the book, but carries the imagery of the book to the screen.

I had read the book and this movie holds up better then the Swedish version. I think that Mara and Craig do a amazing job working together! Buy this movie!

Purchased DVD on recommendation from c-worker who has read the entire 3 book series. Can't wait to see any sequel made, if they even do!

Great movie by director David Fincher. Plot, acting, and video quality were all superb on Blu-ray. Has hours of DVD extras.

For an English cut very good and well acted but would recommend the original trilogy

I bought this DVD because I wanted to own the movie. It is a good movie but definitely deserves the R rating.

Enjoyed movie and looking forward to next one in the series. Have an extensive dvd library and will add this one to it.

Good movie. I liked the original Swedish version better but the new one of course had better action scenes.
