Interesting that some people will not consider a movie because it is animated...This movie is fine for kids...some scary parts for very young perhaps...and it is fine for adults as well...Good action, good story and the animation is well done. Get it...watch it...enjoy.

Wonderful movie. Tearjerker but very well done. Very colorful but probably not for very young children as there is less talking and more action. 5 and up in my opinion, but some younger ones might enjoy it. Use your own judgment as each parent knows their child best.

My son was turning 5 and wanted this movie. I had bought it at Walmart initially and went to mall to buy other products. When I seen that Best Buy had it and for less expensive. I bought here and returned at Walmart. Very satisfied with blue ray and my son loves it.

I think this was one of the best kids movies I have ever seen in a long time. Both girls and boys can enjoy the movie. There are some really cute parts in the movie. I have to warn you. Plus a few sad but not to sad. So I think the whole family can enjoy this movie.

This Blue ray player with built in wifi had all of the basic features desired in a player. The wifi allowed for updates streamed in rather than needing to be hard wired to the Internet for updates. The price makes this blue ray player an excellent deal for the money.

Like a lot of people, we ignored this movie when it was in the theaters and first on DVD. After watching a few minutes of it on TV, our kids fell in love with it. It was a funny and sweet movie with a few scenes that were shockingly funny!

Disney has truly done it again and with the main focus being a lone dinosaur and his incredible heart breaking yet daring journey. This is a tear jerker, spoiler! But an incredible film certainly with an excellent soundtrack and fantastic visuals.

I bought this for my 3 year old son. He loves it and I can see why it might not have worked for some. But these things (death) happen in every single Disney movie, so I don't understand the criticism pointed. I loved it as well. Very cute role reversals.

Although this animated film seemed to share similar scenes as the Lion King, it still stands on its own as more than a remake of an old classic. Not sure why it never gained the traction of some of the other Disney/Pixar films. Since I didn't pick up on an obvious agendas in the story (i.e. Wandering Oaken's family) I'd classify it as quality viewing for the kids.

Most of the previous movies made by Disney have a story plot to keep the entire family interested. Although some of that was present in this movie, the story plot was very predictable and geared more towards children. So I would recommend it for families, but not for an individual looking for a great laugh that most of the Disney Family movies have built in them.

Pixar has made my family's favorite movies since the beginning. The Good Dinosaur is no exception. The story made us laugh and cry. We bought it the day after it released and couldn't wait to share the digital with our family that missed it in theaters.

Despite the critics take on this film (which I just don't get, but then look at what movies get Oscars these days) this is a great movie. It's fun and the visuals as usual for Pixar are terrific. The story is good too about finding who you are and working hard to make your mark in the world while not judging others too quickly. Kids love it and so will adults.

My 5 year old picked this movie out and I was quite surprised that it kept the attention of everyone in my household. I loved the underlying message the movie teaches children and is entertaining enough that adults will repeatedly watch it as well.

Saw this movie in theaters, waited patiently for it to come out on bluray. This movie is so good, a definite family favorite. Buy it, you won't regret it.

After releasing "Inside Out," Disney released "The Good Dinosaur" last year. If "Inside Out" hadn't won all the animated awards, then "The Good Dinosaur" should have. It is a great story about overcoming fears in an innovative way. Disney at its best!

This is my favorite Pixar movie. I'm not sure why it did not do as well as other Pixar movies, but I love it! Arlo and Spot are such endearing characters. Its story of friendship and love, with lots of humor, won me over.

Animation quality just keeps getting better and better, regardless of what you might think of the content... resplendent 3D fodder for your movie collection, well worth the slight premium... have I mentioned that I am still a fan of 3D presentations?

I didn't catch this movie at the theater so I gambled and bought the blu-ray sight unseen. And l'm happy to report that Pixar and Disney did not disappoint! Although I wanted to see more of some of the peripheral characters, that's not such a bad complaint. A fun, if fairly standard, story with gorgeous environments, this movie is a sight to behold!

I'm not sure if this movie gets the credit it deserves. Wonderful story. Incredibly realistic environments. Funny, sad, even trippy in a spot! Great movie. Steelbook is nicely done, as well.
