humorous and fast paced movie with a an unbelievable story line. I think that is what made it so funny.. language and content strong so would never allow to be viewed when children or teens are around.

This movie is a witty, strange, and beautifully shot character study in the same vein as a Roald Dahl book. Don't get this if you're looking for realism. If you're willing to indulge in whimsy, you won't be disappointed.

This is an odd movie I caught by accident and surprisingly enjoyed it. The cast is awesome and well acted. It is a little bit on the odd side but that's what makes it so great.

I am a huge fan of Wes Anderson's body of work, and this movie did not disappoint.The moment it started, I had a big goofy smile on my face. The Grand Budapest Hotel is a charming, beautiful, masterpiece. LOVED IT.

My wife and I rented Grand Budapest Hotel on a recommendation from a friend and after watching it, knew it had to be in our library. Great quirky movie with good acting and a great story. You won't be disappointed.

I have always enjoyed Wes Anderson movies and this was no exception. It had me laughing out loud throughout the whole movie. I loved the overall plot and it was nice to see a lot of Anderson's regulars in the movie.

The Grand Budapest is an interesting movie, as it is highly character driven. With an ensemble cast, unique locations, humorous dialog, and otherworldly pathos, it tells the story of the rise and decline of the Grand Budapest, and of its most cherished possessions.

Wes Anderson doing his usual retro-chic-hipster-pop-up-book-human-puppet-theater. Though this one is more accessible, more touching, and funnier than previous works (which were already great). This one is special.

I've grown quite fond of Wes Anderson's directorial efforts over the years and definitely recommend this outing. It should win an award for cinematography, set design and costume design. We'll see if Oscar agrees!

Who knew Ralph Fiennes could do comedy? I certainly didn't! Non-stop laughs and a star-studded cast. It seems obvious the actors in this film had a marvelous time being a part of this project.

Have not really been a fan of Wes Anderson movies, but this one was certainly the exception. It's witty, funny, serious, a thriller, love the way they play with the time lines. I highly recommend it.

I thought the movie was very entertaining. Slightly naughty in a clean way that you wouldn't be embarrassed for kids to view. My husband didn't like it. He thought the jumps in time were excessive and distracting. I didn't have a problem with the time jumps.

This move is beautiful. The art design and cinematography along with every little detail in this move is outstanding. Very funny and great cast as well. One of my favorites of Wes Andersons besides Moonrise Kingdom.

This is a somewhat offbeat movie. Not everybody will like it immediately, However, the story lines are well written and acted. The numerous Stars combine to tell a funny/sad story that will entertain.

If you love Wes Anderson's movie, this is one of his colourful one. His usual creative and humor, also focus in details will always make you feel his heart and soul in making a movie. One of the top 50 for me.

This was one of the best movies of 2014, by far! This director makes some interesting movies that could be an acquired taste to some, but this one is one of his greatest and anyone can appreciate it. Enjoy!

Every movie that Wes Anderson creates has his distinctive feel about it. This is no different. Narrated mostly in a flashback it tells the story of an isolated hotel and its unique and quirky inhabitants.

I have been waiting to pick up this movie for a while now and I must say that it exceeded my expectations. Some very good acting, excellent visuals, funny and sad parts, and one of my personal favorite actors (Jeff Goldblum) has several great scenes.

This is one of those movies that kind of leaves you wondering why they ended like they did, however this movie is oddly funny and it made me laugh a few times, it is something different I must say, a bit strange to say the least.

So entertaining. I loved the storyline, loved the cinematography. Everything about this movie was great. Makes me want to watch it over and over again. I would strongly recommend this movie to all.
