Wes Anderson films have a certain feel to them, and this one is no different. The cameos alone make for an interesting watch, but the movie is a good "take your mind off things" picture.

If you like Rushmore or The Royal Tenenbaums you will love this movie. The way Wes Anderson shoots a movie is unique and wonderful, his characters are quirky and sweet. I highly recommend the movie.

If you love Wes Andersong movies, he may have outdone himself here. Quirky and strange, moving through eras and aspect ratios, it is truly a work of art. Great specs on the blu-ray, it's a must see!

This movie was originally seen at the theater and we loved it. Decided to add the DVD to our library. We have watched it several times. If you like Wes Anderson's films, this is one of his best.

Mr. Anderson seemed to be getting to eccentric for his own good but his last three films have proven he is getting more centered with his plots being important and interesting as the characters.

The movie is hilarious and captivating from start to finish. My only complaint is the R rating for language and gore because I'd love to share the movie with my nephews.

I purchased this Blu-Ray as a gift for a friend. We loved watching it in the movie theater and decided that it was a movie that was worth purchasing for our own personal collection.

I enjoy this movie, and it has a dappling of special features that are nice. It will undoubtedly be in Criterion at some point, but for now this is a solid way to revisit the movie.

Loved the cast in this Wes Anderson release. His humor is charming as is his penchant for storytelling. Ralph Fiennes is especially amusing, which I would not have expected.

This movie is fantastic. It is fun and unique. It was directed by the same fellow who did Fantastic Mr. Fox. Grand Budapest Hotel looks phenomenal on blu ray. audio and picture quality is superb.

While not perfect from beginning to end, this movie is great fun, has magnificent acting and beautiful cinematography. It was best in the theater, but the Blu Ray is the next best thing.

Anyone old enough to remember "Mad Mad Mad World" will enjoy this comedy. It brings together a group of stars in a crazy plot,coupled with great writing and cinematography. Remember when comedy was actually funny, this movie brings it back home!

Best sets, artistry, and cinematography of the year. Haven't watched the bonus features, but movie definitely worth a few viewings. Blu Ray is pretty much the best quality available right now.

Grand Budapest Hotel was a fun movie, and it was charming. Anderson knows how to build a world and encapsulate viewers. There's not a lot of depth, but it's visually stimulating and the acting is great.

If you enjoy classic novels and stylish, classy settings, you will love this movie. The dialogue in this movie feels like reading a good book. Fun movie with a lot of good actors.

This is one of my favorite Wes Anderson movies. The story and characters are very endearing and it's got all the fun and quirk you'd expect from Wes Anderson.

This movie will not play well for everyone. It is so quirky but that's what makes it a fun movie to watch. One of my daughters just loved it! And even my youngest son liked it so much he has watched several times already!

I hadn't really heard much about this movie (I know, was I under a rock?) because I honestly usually go more for the action sci-fi genre. I was surprised to say the least. It's vulgar, and completely insane, but a lot of fun to watch.
