This movie is funny for adults, and adults should know right away that it is not for kids. If the title doesn't make you put up a red flag, then Melissa McCarthy definitely should. Just saying people... read the product description before you buy, and if you still aren't sure then definitely don't buy it.

The Happytime Murders is for fans of the Muppets (and other Jim Henson creations) who are now adults and have a dark sense of humor. This puppet movie is often VERY inappropriate--and also hilarious. There isn't too much plot, just a lot of puppets behaving badly in a neo-noir kind of hard-boiled tale. Melissa McCarthy is as funny as she usually is as one of the few prominent non-puppets in the film.

We grew up and so did the Muppets! This adult version of the Muppets is filthy and funny, but not for the faint of heart.

Funny comedy movie. A few scenes are inappropriate for kids. Will watch again.

I do believe this is a pretty good movie as far as humor is concerned. I like Melissa McCarthy's acting and comedy, that is why I like this movie. It is not a family movie though, it has adult type humor, but is quite funny.

Although the movie did not do well at the theater, I laughed my head off at the slap stick type of comedy.

The previews for this film looked good. After buying and watching it, it was much better than I expected.

This movie actually has a serious sort of story besides all the puppets in it. And it is quite funny all the way through. IF you want something you and your adult friends can watch, pick this up. Note, I said "Adult Friends", not your kids.

Who doesn't love filthy puppets? Some great puppet voices help to make it funnier.

They found a way to make Muppets likable, with vulgar, over the top toilet humor.
