This is a great movie. Really hits the nail on the head with what’s going on in today’s world. I watched it with my 10 year old daughter while getting us both emotional. It makes you have a conversation about life. I truly would recommend this to anyone to watch. Especially anyone over the age of 10.

I watched this movie with my preteen son when it was on a streaming platform. The tradition in our family is we always give books and movies as stocking stuffers and this was what he wanted. Good movie that is suitable for young adults. Very relevant to the social unrest that is happening today.

I purchased this movie on sale for $6 fully knowing that I would have paid full price for it. This movie is both poignant and timely as it represents what seems to continually go on and on and on throughout our country. This movie tries to show a sense of balance without being preachy, it's very good.

Great movie, recommended to me by my daughter who read this book with her`school's book club. It tells a story that is very relatable now, and really makes people see all perspectives of how violence affects the people directly involved, their families, their friends and their communities.

I read the book and watched this movie so I checked to see if BB had it in stock. They did and the price was the lowest I found for the blue-ray and dvd combo. I ordered it on the app and picked it up curbside within minutes. I definitely recommend BB and THUG!

Great movie! The only problem is I brought this 4k ultra to be able to view it on my new TV, but can't view the 4k ultra disk on my blu ray dvd player because I guess it's not compatible. I remember asking the salesperson if this would play in a regular blu ray and they said yes.

I enjoyed the movie immensely as the acting performances were top notch. It covers a subject that should get more attention than it does, but addressed very well in this movie. Highly recommended

This is the most riveting movie I have seen in forever. Buckle yourself in and prepare to have extreme emotions. It is a most excellent movie that I am thankful that it was produced.

This is a great movie & apropos to the time. I actually bought this early for a Christmas present for my daughter. If you want a little insight into recent situations this could help. Not the full picture but definitely something you can learn from.

This was a very good movie that shows we are still dealing with certain things in society that our parents and grandparents had to deal with.

I knew of a lot of schools reading the book so I purchased this to see what my kids were going to have to read soon, and it even came with the e-book. Like all books and movies, they're not exactly the same but it's pretty close. The story line itself- easy to follow and brings to the forefront some of the racial injustices faced today by some that many others pretend (or are not) aware of at a level even teenagers can understand.
