I enjoyed that this wasn't a predictable movie. It kept you wondering and guessing right up to the end. It was compete with the typical Tarantino style. It's not a family night movie for kids but a after the kids go to bed kind of movie! If you like Tarantino's stuff you'll like this one also.

Not the non stop blood bath that is Django or Kill Bill, but the plot itself and the sheer acting was so good. This film will be considered by many as a stale affair, however for Tarantino fans who love the way the story unfolds like in Pulp Fiction or Reservoir Dogs this movie will grab you.

I took my date to see this in theaters and it was a great choice. At first I was a bit uneasy because it seemed like a slower western for acquired tastes but she and I both enjoyed it. It had great funny moments and action packed scenes with mystery built into the whole plot. It was worth the watch, and worth the purchase

Love the Best Buy Steelbook program. Beautiful and extra protection. Also like that most come with Digital Copies. Hateful Hate was really good if you like QT, Westerns, Kurt Russell, Samuel L Jackson etc (i Do!) It's a little long and of course at points excessively gory - but totally expected and glad I bought it.

One of the best movies I have ever seen. This movie is a timeless classic for adults. It has that post Civil War western kind of feel to it. Although very long. Clocking in at 168 mins. You will be hooked on this movie after the first half hour or before. I would recommend this movie to anybody 17 or older.

This movie keeps hit streak alive with a great take on the western, where instead of a bunch of good-guys teaming up, it's bad guys and what they do. Kurt Russel is my favorite actor, so I was very glad he is a part of this film and all actors were perfect in their roles. Perfect blu-ray transfer and audio.

The acting across the board was excellent. One of the major strengths of the film were its characters, each having its own distinct personality and back story. This is not only testament to the actors themselves but also to Tarantino on the writing front. I thought Tim Roth in particular was superb.

Pretty much the only reason I purchase movies at Best Buy as opposed to other sources is for their exclusive packaging. This is probably my least favorite Tarantino film if for none other reason than I didn't find any of the characters to be that memorable compared to say Pulp Fiction or

This is all about acting, backstabbing, lying & some great twists. It's like pulp fiction meets reservoir dogs & Django unchained-even with most of the same actors.Tim Roth pulls off Christoph Waltz's (who was supposed to have his part) acting persona to a tee.Excellent entertaining movie-if You have 3 hours to watch it.

I'm not sure that Quentin Tarantino is capable of making a bad movie, to be honest. After Django Unchained, I was really looking forward to what he had up his sleeve next. The Hateful Eight is a bloody good time and hopefully Tarantino doesn't wait too long to make another film.

Quentin Tarantino is a cinematic genius, and his eighth film is another addition to his storied filmmaking. It features the classics of all Tarantino films: storytelling, dialogue, awe-inspiring cinematography and violence. This film gives us his best in a murder mystery type story. It's long, but worth every minute.

Since I'm a huge Tarantino fan, I may be a little biased here, but this is one of his best movies since The Inglorious B******s. Great acting and gripping, witty dialogue keep you tied to your seat. In my opinion, his movies keep getting better and better and showcase just how huge of a movie fan he really is.

Its a great film, and the image quality/transfer is top notch. The story is definitely something you need to let build up, so don't expect guns blazing right away. One star off because I would have loved to have the Roadshow Version of the release as an option. Maybe for a double dip.

If you've liked any of Tarantino's other films, you'll like this one as well. The smaller scale set with just the stagecoach and bunkhouse really makes the movie feel very intimate. Acting in this is top notch. Especially from Kurt Russell. I’d highly recommend this movie to anyone, but especially Tarantino fans.

This movie did start out slow but certainly picked up as it moved along. Runs the same format as Kill Bill (also written by Tarantino) such as "Chapter 1", "Chapter 2" and so on plus some pretty graphic and bloody scenes, of course. Good twist in the end so hang in there and enjoy!

I enjoyed The Hateful 8 and was excited to see it again at home. The soundtrack and picture look great! I appreciate the digital copy to have on my laptop as well. The only issue I have with this release is that it does not include the extra footage from the 70mm theatrical version. I hope that is released soon.

I am a sucker for steel book packaging, which is why I bought this. To me, it's a solid movie but Quinton has lost a little of his edge. His last few movies haven't had the edge that his early works seemed to have. Probably rent before you buy, but it's a good enough movie to buy.

While a tad long, it's as much fun to watch as any Tarentino film. Great cast. Hard to go wrong with anyone here, especially Jennifer Jason Lee. Load up the popcorn, sit back on a snowy night and enjoy.

The eighth film my Quentin Tarantino definitely lives up to the standard set by his previous seven. The dialogue is as impressive as ever, the characters are interesting and quirky, and for being shot mostly all in a single room, the cinematography is excellent as well. Highly recommended for Tarantino fans.
