Good movie but I expected more from Tarantino in the Western genre after his great flick Django.

I've enjoyed the last couple of films by Quentin Tarantino. They were over the top and violent, yet this ridiculous nature is part of Tarantino's style. I purchased this movie expecting much the same thing and for the most part it was. What ruined this movie for me was one section of absolutely disgusting perverted dialogue and images that the movie could have well done without and Tarantino could still have gotten his story across. The discs are in the trash where they belong. I could not in good conscience even give this movie away, or take it back for a refund. It doesn't even deserve 1 star, but you can't submit a review without it.

Important to note that this version, sku 5619507, does not come with a digital copy (it would seem that Best Buy is selling a cheaper copy of the movie without a digital code). Not all listings specifically note a digital copy is included and I mistakenly assumed like most new releases it would include one. Not worth the lower price for me, disappointed I purchased.

Probably one of his worst films to date. Makes me want to go re-watch some of his good movies to convince myself Tarantino hasn't lost it.

Horrible would be a compliment. Ranks down there with Noah and Holmes & Watson in my bottom 3 movies of ALL TIME and that's saying a lot. If I could get that time of my life back I would.

Bought this because I like Q.T.'s movies and I figured this one would be great for my collection, but this movie is 3 hrs of nothing. There was nothing inventive, exciting, epic, or remotely interesting about this film. I wouldn't waste your money. Even if you are a big Q.T. fan like me.
