This movie is a great take on the old western style of films. Those who are not accustomed to large amounts of blood and violence may want to give this one a pass, but that doesn't detract from the film.

Tarantino films are not everyone's cup of tea. But if you enjoy his different style than you'll love this film. Samuel L Jackson steals the show and leaves you in awe of his great acting and ruthless dialogue.

Few things are better than the combination of Samuel L. Jackson and Quentin Tarantino. This one was worth the wait. And Walton Goggins has become a great member of the ensemble as well.

If you're a Tarantino fan, you won't be disappointed. There's humor, intrigue, and astounding performances throughout. It also happens to look amazing on a large screen. Epic imagery.

My favorite film of 2015!! I wish it had more features, but anchor bay doesn't include many features in their releases too much now, and especially Quentin Tarantino's films. Love the cover for this steelbook!

Tarantino movie are usually hit or miss with me. I wasn't overly excited about a western Tarantino movie, but then again, it's rare that Samuel Jackson puts up a dud performance. This is a must see

I have yet to watch this Blu-ray (I have seen the film in theaters. I loved it!), so I'm just reviewing the packaging. It comes in a collectible steelbook packaging, and it looks very nice. Highly recommended.

If you're a fan of one of the greatest storytellers/Directors ever, you will really enjoy this film. The actors in this ensemble cast are amazing. Visually stunning panorama shots. And oh yeah, lots of blood.

I purchased this to replace the one I loaned to my brother, and haven't returned, but this is a grate 8 film from Director Quentin Tarantino and hopefully many more. P.S. my Brother thinks so.

Don't overthink this movie, it's pure entertainment. It's long but the pace is steady as it builds to the climatic end. Hold on tight, it's typical Tarantino!! Sam was great as usual

I'm a huge fan of Samuel Jackson I love his role in this movie he always brings it. The setting, the cinematography... everything is so realistic.

Tarantino just gets better with age. He has been slipping into the western genre for a few films now and this is another great film. A little disappointed on the extras, but the film makes up for it.

This is a beautiful movie, and well done. But it's at least 30 minutes longer than it needs to be. It was long for the sake of being long, which really cuts down on rewatch-ability.

I enjoyed this flick as much as I enjoy most Quinton Tarantino movies...it's got great characters and actors playing the characters...great plot and action...really enjoyed it.

Tarantino continues his recent habit of historical settings for his films with a mystery set in an isolated location in the mountains. Possibly a little longer than it needed to be, but never boring.

This movie is long and talky, but you won't mind it at all. Once seen, you won't forget it either. Every new film Tarantino makes is a gift to cinema lovers and geeks. It's REALLY BLOODY though, so beware.

Epic on nearly every scale - dialogue, presentation, and story. The Hateful Eight reminds us when going to see a film was an actual event and not just a by-the-numbers cash-in.

Hateful Eight was good and they were very hateful and it had a great cast,they all played a good part. I think you will like this movie and the steelbook blu-ray was a great price.

bought this dvd to give it as a gift for someone who likes western, for the price it looked good, well the packaging did. I recommend this dvd to anyone who likes westerns

The new Magnificent Seven and The Revenant can't compete with a story telling like this western cowboy shooting about! Every characters are interesting and stories behind them. Highly recommended !
