Another 3D classic just waiting on the Lord of the Rings now.

I love the detail of Peter Jackson movies. Can't wait for extended editions.

The story was good, but went way astray of the original story. I guess this is what you get when you take the shortest book in a series and turn it into 3 stories.

I love the Hobbit movies and this is a must for your collection.

This movie is well worth the money, and getting the digital copy is a bonus.

I really enjoyed watching this movie. I wish my wife liked 3D, I got the 3D version for family. The downside is having to wait so long until the final film is released.

Great series. My favorite was the second movie, but all were very good.

Again, the continued story is a must see. If a third comes out, I will see it.

The Desolation of Smaug continued the story started in An Unexpected Journey and upped the ante with more action. The 2 hours plus passes fast, but didn't seem rushed.

What can you say, it's a Hobbit move and that alone makes it worth watching.

I Love the Entire Lord of the Rings series. Can not wait to finish the set.
