My 11 year old could not wait for the release. We saw it in the theaters and he had to own it. Well worth the wait!

Nice addition to my growing library of Blu-Ray movies. Price was really low for a brand new movie.

it is the hobbit. it is only part 2 because part 3 has not been released in theaters yet at the time of this review

If you are a fan of the other Hobbit films you will of course love this one. I could not wait to own it on Blu-Ray.

I agree with many people that this movie is too long. Too many extras that weren't in the book were added and some aspects of them just didn't work. Overall, I did enjoy it. It is wonderfully shot and entertaining.

Another great show with some great battle scenes. Can watch these shows over and over and they never get old!!

The movie continues in the tradition of the first Hobbit film as well as the Lord of the Rings trilogy as a whole.

For LOTR fans, this is a mixed bag -- always wonderful to visit Middle Earth and see Jackson's vision of it, but almost equally disappointing to see the liberties he takes padding the story or overdoing the effects.

I somehow forgot to buy this when I got the other 2 but this was a great value and I love the trilogy

A solid movie just like all the other ones. It's your topical lord of the ring slow in spot but makes it up later.

I absolutely love Peter Jackson's take on Middle-Earth. He took a simple story and made it breathtakingly epic!

This was just as good as all of the LOTR movies and the last Hobbit movie as well. I can't wait for the next one!
