    I saw this in the theater in 3D IMAX. The home 3D version replicated my amazing experience in the theater.

    After the disappointment with the first Hobbit movie, this one really does a great job redeeming the series. They really cut the filler in order to fit more action. The VFX and sound are outstanding.

    Now that 2/3s of the trilogy are complete, I can hardly wait for the final chapter. The cinematography is terrific. Ifs hard to believe that much of the scenery is actually real locations in New Zealand.
